Great tour with a very enthusiastic tour guide who was very passionate about her job and had a sense of humour think her name was Julia . Well organised and would recommend
We Loved it. Anika, our tour guide was a delight. She told us about all the highlights in Florence and on top of that gave us restaurants tips and recommendations.
This tour was fantastic. Omar the guide was very informative and made the sites come alive with his stories. I would recommend this tour very highly
Excellent tour and ideal introduction to the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and I would thoroughly recommend this walking tour.
Our guide was very good! We had a great walk, visited churches and the city square, saw where all the markets were and had some good history lessons! Finished it off with authentic gellato! Love Florence very much!
Our walking tour of Florence was an absolute delight! Our tour guide was full of enthusiasm and knowledge as she led our group around the streets of Florence pointing out places and statues of interest. We saw the Ufizzi Gallery, the Duomo, the Palazzo, the Pitti Palace and she pointed out many other interesting sites including taking us across the Ponti Vecchio. Our tour guide explained the history behind the landmarks we visited including how the Medici family died out eventually and the last remaining member of the family left the entire Medici estate to the City of Florence in perpetuity. The whole tour was very interesting and ended up with a welcome ice cream included! A great morning.
This was a wonderful tour! It gave us a unique and meaningful perspective of the city. I would recommend doing this tour the first day or two that you are in Florence. It made the city feel so much more alive and interesting after hearing about its rich and complex history! The guide was great as well! Highly recommend this tour!
Vanessa was fantastic and really knows how to bring stories to life. Wonderful information!
The Florence walking tour with Eleonora was the perfect introduction a perfect city! We took the tour on our first day in Florence and had the chance to orientate ourselves within the historic centre and learn many interesting information on its major attractions!
Thank you so much Eleonora!
The meeting spot was interesting as via Lamberti is not named on some maps! But once there being part of a small 10 per group was very satisfying! Angela was great, very careful, emotional delivery of Florence info in an Italian accent - perfect. She took us to Sanmichele church which had a tower only open on Monday when all the museums, galleries were closed. But, not many tourists know this as it was very quiet up there on a clear day! We were shown parts of Florence not in the guides and explained why Uffizi, why Ponte Vecchia, why Duomo door etc.
This tour was great, she even finished in the covered area in front of the post office as rain started to come down! Recommend highly
Our guide Barbara was very friendly and very informative about her home city Florence. The length of the tour was just right . We would certainly use viator again following this experience.
Great guide, not only very knowledgeable but very easy to get along. Pointed out things that walking on your own or even with a good guide book you wouldn't be able to know.
Well spent money. Highly recommend specially for people with limited time in Florence.
This tour was a great introduction to Florence. The guide, Mario, was very passionate about the city and its art history. He gave a good introduction to how to get the most out of our stay in Florence and showed us some hidden gems of the city.
