The tour was well organized, and the guides were knowledgeable and helpful. I am glad to have booked the tour - found it good value for the price.

Siena was just impressive with all those magnificent buildings and historical events. San Gimignano a quaint little town.

Overall the tour was quite enjoyable. The tour guide was knowledgeable, and her commentary gave us a good background about the region. The local guide in Siena was also provided us with a lot of information about the city, its customs and the spectacular cathedral. The only thing missing was enough time to walk around Siena on our own.

I loved the tour in Siena, but could have used a tour guide in San Gimignano as it's an older city, and was rich in history that I might have missed. More time in San Gimignano would also have been nice, but a tour would have taken care of that.

A very good and well organized day out. Our guide around Siena was very knowledgeable. He set the right level of detail and humor, given the mixed audience and given the time available. He left us with a real flavor for the art, architecture, and history of the city. There was perhaps too much commentary for the sake of it during the coach travel part of the trip, especially when leaving and entering Florence, which was perhaps unnecessary. Overall, this was a well balanced and enjoyable day out from Florence.

This was a big bus tour of about fifty people. They separate you into groups according to languages. The first stop is Sienna, which is an hour drive. You will get a short tour with a native guide. Ours was very friendly and informative. I wish we had more than an hour of free time. It was just enough time to eat lunch really. Then you board the bus and drive forty five minutes to the next stop. You get about an hour and a half to tour San Gimignano, which isn't enough time. The city is so charming. We walked around and looked at some shops. There really isn't anything else to do there. Both cities are worth a visit. We would have liked a longer day with fewer people. All in all, it is worth going, but I would spend the extra money and go on a private tour if you can afford it.

We really enjoyed the tour but would have liked less time in the museum to have a few minutes free time in Siena. We ended up going back the next day so we could look around and shop. San Gimignano was wonderful, we would have liked 2 hours there.

The bus service was very good. The tour guides both in the bus and in Siena were excellent. The two towns are definitely worth seeing. The only complaint is that during the tour we were offered to have lunch at a restaurant suggested by the tour company. The restaurant although very pretty had a terrible menu with no choices. I would recommend to take the tour and to have lunch some place else near the main square.

Very well organized. Our guide did an excellent job of orienting us. We also had a superb guide in Siena.

I enjoyed Siena very much, trip was well planned although I wished there was a little more free time to explore Siena.

Both destinations are lovely, and the tour of Sienna's basilica is wonderful, especially if you get to see the marble inlaid floors and library frescoes.
