The guide was extremely personable, and the headsets allowed you to wander off and get a better perspective while still hearing the info.

We really enjoyed the walking tour. Having been to Florence before and seen the sizes of some of the tour groups, we were pleased to find ourselves in a small group with a really well informed guide. The headsets are a bit of a nuisance, but even in a small group they are probably necessary in the noisy streets and at the Accademia. It was great to go past the queue and straight into the gallery! This is well worth the money - I would certainly book a different tour with Viator when next in Florence.

This was very Good! Our tour guide was very sweet and very fun. Her knowledge gave us a wonderful introduction to the wonders of Florence . She started our vacation with a lovely gentle walk through history. We never really noticed how crowded it was, and the gelato finish was the best! Thank you.

I did not like this tour, but my wife did. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained many things about the city and its surroundings. I became bored, but for many this was all rather interesting. Sculptures and churches aren't my favorite, and even David didn't need to have this much time dedicated to looking at him. My wife enjoyed the small history lesson and took time to appreciate the art. I was more into people watching and avoiding the swine flu sick people on our tour. The worst part was our tour guide leaving so quickly at the end of the tour that she forgot to collect several of our headsets.
