I had purchased two tickets for a tour for a tour of the Florence Accademia 89. Euros. We were denied entry and had to purchase two new tickets. I am requesting a refund of the original amount. We did complete a tour and I would give a rating 5 stars.

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable. She made the Michelangelo room come alive. We could not have appreciated the sculpture without her wonderful commentary. She truly made our experience at the museum memorable.

It was definitely worth it--no line--no hassle--a very entertaining guide. We had my 87 year old mom and her friend, 85 year old, John, and it made it doable for them and they found it fascinating. The whole Aviator crew or their local employees were on the ball-early-organized and friendly.

When we still had to wait in the line with hundreds of people with half our group having headphone problems I was wondering if I had made a mistake purchasing the Skip the Line option! Our guide however was AMAZING!! I quirky older man who's knowledge was endless! He had us all so enthralled with his stories and approachability that none of us wanted the tour to be over! Even though it was a slightly large group you felt like the only ones! He made the artwork come alive! Thank you Viator!

Absolutely perfect! Our guide was fabulous. Full of tidbits of information that she made extraordinarily interesting and fun. I was very sorry when the tour ended, as we could have listened to her all day! I will recommend Viator to any friends travelling and will most certainly use you again! Thank you more than I can say!

Excellent! The guide was a retired art history teacher who made the subject come alive with all kinds of stories about the famous artists, especially Michaelangelo. He gave us a real appreciation of the art work. Would definitely recommend this tour.
