The tour was great, but no headphones were provided, so at times it was very difficult to hear the tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the museum. Overall, we had a great time, and I would definitely recommend it

Our tour guide was wonderful. She was energetic and knowledgeable. Seeing the incredible art while hearing about the history behind it makes the experience much more interesting.

Our individual guide was an art student with insightful comments that made the art come alive both in context and in view. A worthwhile and most enjoyable two hours.

This is a fantastic trip and worth doing it if you are going to Florence. Our guide was really good and could speak English very well, which was a surprise in Italy. I would recommend this tour if you are planning on going to Florence.

The tour was organized, informative, and great way to skip the line and all that wasted time spent waiting in line.

We had a wonderful tour guide. It was a large group, and we did not use headphones, which would have been helpful. The guide was a very good historian and art critic.

The guide's commentary on Michelangelo's work & quirks was interesting & succinct. Liked her personable nature, which got my my teenagers to hear her out. Audio headsets were a great idea. We did, however, come out feeling that the tour overemphasised Michelangelo's work. Maybe a cursory run through the rest of the gallery would have been a more all encompassing overview. But well worth the money! Would recommend the tour any day!

The English speaking guide was pleasant, articulate, and knowledgeable. While not needing to queue was appreciated, it was disappointing that the tour was some twenty minutes late in commencing.

This was a really informative tour, and we loved the enthusiasm and professionalism of our guide. There were many things that would have gone by unnoticed without her input on what we were observing. This enriched our experience at the Academia.
