Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Michelangelo. Her English was very good, too. I felt she was a true art historian, not just a tour guide.

The tour was quite interesting and made us look at things we probably wouldn't have bothered with. The afternoon was slightly spoiled by the ridiculous scrum outside to get our tickets and meet our guide. The street outside the gallery entrance is very narrow and busy, and is probably not the best place to meet the Viator agent.
