Very interesting, the guide was very good and we were happy to be in a group with just four people. Loved it.

This tour included a guide. She was funny, witty, and entertaining, not to mention beautiful with a cute accent. She was very explanatory in the gallery tour. Would recommend this to anyone.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour during our visit to Florence. The order in which we viewed exhibits was great, however the guide we had although very informative, arrived late and went into too much detail with some art works. As a result of this we missed our next tour, the Uffizi Gallery. We had to walk from one to the other in less than half an hour and despite trying to get a taxi. We arrived after 5pm tour had already started at 4.30pm. A bit disappointing and expensive to say the least!

We had the same tour guide for Accademia that we had for Uffizi. She was very good, could have listened to her for weeks. Accademia was worth the tour. It was wonderful to see the real David. Learned a lot.

Entire Italy is about Michelangelo, and this is the place where his finest masterpiece, "David", is present. The statue in white marble is simply outstanding; it blows your mind away! The intricate details of the human body are so pristinely carved out, you can't do anything but just appreciate this for hours. There are statues of David sculpted by others scattered all over Florence, but nothing like the original!
Too bad that the tour was only for 2 hours, and more of it was about "David" than the Accademia Gallery, so I was tempted to suggest a change of the tour name to "Florence Accademia Gallery's David tour"! Another issue was that the tour company does not give any earpieces or headphones to hear the guide, so most of the time we are either missing out on what the guide was saying or standing on top of her! By the way, it's not really a "skip the line" entry to the gallery; we stood outside in the group entry side for 20 minutes in the rain before getting in.
Our tour guide was a little hard to heard in the Academic Gallery, headsets would have been helpful. Also the meeting point check-in person was hard to access because there were so many people checking in at the same time.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about Michelangelo. Her English was very good, too. I felt she was a true art historian, not just a tour guide.

It beats standing in line for tickets.

The tour was quite interesting and made us look at things we probably wouldn't have bothered with. The afternoon was slightly spoiled by the ridiculous scrum outside to get our tickets and meet our guide. The street outside the gallery entrance is very narrow and busy, and is probably not the best place to meet the Viator agent.

Excellent guide, when we could hear her. However, it was total chaos at start of tour.

This was worth it to skip the lines. I bolted from the tour once inside because the Accademia is small and the tour was slightly boring. Ask at the tour entrance where your guide is and the person there will point the guide out. That part was a little confusing.
