The guide was very informative.

Definitely worth doing.

The tour was relatively short and the guide was impossible to hear if you couldn't stay within three feet of her. However, it was worth it to skip the lines and to see the famous art pieces. We just left the tour to do our own thing after a while.

The museum is a lot smaller than we expected, not to say that the contents of the museum were any less impressive. Having booked a tour, however, left me feeling as though the guide could have been much more thorough and taken his time to really give the members of the tour a better opportunity to learn as he spoke, especially given how small the museum actually is. From the 'skip the line' perspective, well worth it!

David is spectacular and the money spent worthwhile in order to skip the queue, but I felt the guide was very uninspiring, talked in a flat , monotonic voice and was hard to hear, so that was quite disappointing.

Need to have communication devices so the group can hear the guide properly or have smaller groups.

The guide was very good but the party of 20 was too big to be able to hear all she was saying. If we had been given headphones it would have been much better.

The tour was good for an individual and though tickets were sold for kids there was no attempt made to engage the kids. Also, providing headsets would have kept us insulated from the noise as well as the tour guide from getting upset constantly.

There was a lot of confusion at the meeting place outside the museum. There was no clear point to meet and no one who worked for the tour group to speak with. They should have had name tags with the company name on them. Also, the museum was so crowded and loud with all the people that it was extremely difficult to hear the tour guide. She should have used an amplification system. After a while of not being able to hear her, I just went off on my own and in essence wasted my money.

Difficult to hear the guide.

The Galleria Accademia is wonderful, and well worth the tour, but 25 people is far too many for one tour guide to address. No mikes are allowed at the gallery, so we had a lot of trouble hearing and even understanding our guide. Also, although our guide did speak English, it was very heavily accented and often difficult to understand.

The Accademia Gallery was quite noisy and it would have been great for each of us to have headset to hear what our guide was telling us.

We were spoilt by the Uffizi guide being so good; this one was not as informative and as interesting to listen to.
