While the guide was knowledgeable you couldn't hear her very well in the museum. Additionally, the guide showed up 30 minutes late.

We had a really good guide. The tour itself was a little hard to hear. I suggest that the tour operator include headsets so that people can hear the guide clearly.

This tour was worth it if only to skip the line at the Accademia. However, our guide had either a poor grasp on English or on the subject - I tend to think it was both. Most of the group had walked away by the time we hit David, and she kept repeating herself with not very relevant information. There were so many other things should could have talked about in concern to Michaelangelo and David, and she didn't. Too bad, really.
