While the guide was knowledgeable you couldn't hear her very well in the museum. Additionally, the guide showed up 30 minutes late.

We had a really good guide. The tour itself was a little hard to hear. I suggest that the tour operator include headsets so that people can hear the guide clearly.

This tour was worth it if only to skip the line at the Accademia. However, our guide had either a poor grasp on English or on the subject - I tend to think it was both. Most of the group had walked away by the time we hit David, and she kept repeating herself with not very relevant information. There were so many other things should could have talked about in concern to Michaelangelo and David, and she didn't. Too bad, really.

The gallery was wonderful, but the guide was not easily understood and the acoustics of the gallery were terrible. On this type of tour, it would be better to have a more articulate guide and earphones. That way you can drown out the exterior sounds and hear what the guide says.

We were assigned to one tour guide, but we weren't able to hear her. The museum is loud with all the different groups going through. We actually ended up ditching our group and joining another tour whose guide was much louder and much more passionate about the art and the background stories. She provided great insight into the artwork and the artist. There was only one exit and one bathroom at the museum, which made backtracking to see a missed piece of art a bit of a hassle.

The only thing good about it is you got to skip the line. But you don't need a tour to do that if you just make reservations in advance. This place is small and a tour is not necessary.

A better system of meeting the guide prior to walking into the site needs to be implemented. The guide was wonderful but finding her was frustrating especially with the language barrier.

Our guide was very good. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day and there was no place to wait out of the rain. There seemed to be many tours scheduled for the same time slot, and the wait was interminable and uncomfortable 45 min to one hour. By the time we left there were very few people in the museum. I think it could have had much better organization.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, but we could not hear her. The tour agency did not provide any aids in order to hear our guide, and since the gallery is extremely crowded, it was impossible to hear what she said since she spoke so softly. If you only have a chance to see one museum, go to the Uffizi instead of the Accademia. However, if seeing the David is a must, buy a skip the line pass, you do NOT want to stand in THE line that gathers.

It was really hard to hear the leader. She seemed knowledgeable, but the tour had an ad hoc, not planned out flavor.
