It was a long day but we really enjoyed it. The guide was knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. I came away from those tours with a better understanding of the art and it's development given historical events at the time the art was created.
Great tour with two spectacular tour guides. These tours are a must when you are in Florence. You will need a good camera for all of the pictures you will be taking.
Wonderful way to visit these two, most interesting museums in Florence. We liked having time in between the two tours to walk around the city, eat and shop.
If you only have a short time in Florence make sure to visit these museums.
When time is limited, be smart and skip the lines! Our guides were fun and informative. We wouldn't do it any other way!
Incredible tour! Our guide made the museums so interesting! We had our 11 year old with us and he kept her interested in the paintings! Great sense of humor and incredible knowledge!
Our guide William was exceptional. He was full of enthusiasm , passion and knowledge.
We signed up for the lunch between tours and it was a fantastic restaurant, we went back and had dinner there also before we caught to train back to Venice.
One issue was the employee that was supposed to be waiting for us to escort us to the restaurant after the 1st tour was a no show. We had to find it on our own with a map she left with us which was doable , but we were waiting a while wondering where she was.
Absouletly amazing tour!! Extremely informative and very enjoyable!!
Ufizzi tpur guide Angelo was outstanding! He even had the kids interested in the paintings. Brought unknown facts into his presentations. Best guide in Italy. Highly recommended.
David statute was nice to see. Tour had to wait about an hour to get in. Guide was okay
Great content. We only thought the guide at the accademia could have been less concerned with historcal facts and more concerned with the actual art.
We had a great time. Both guides were very informative and gave great background to the pieces of art that we viewed. Both museums were extremely busy and the skip the line was worth it, but we did have to wait to enter both museums because it was so crowded. If we did not have the skip the line tickets, I do not think we would have gotten into the museum.
Nice guided tour of the two museums. Sylvia was excellent. If I did this again, I would not select the lunch option. That comes after the guided tour of Accademia. That tour doesn't cover the whole museum. You would be better served to spend another hour or two going though Accademia on your own. The tour of Uffizi doesn't start until 4:15, so you have plenty of time to stay at Accademia longer. Eat a big breakfast or eat a late lunch.
The tour guides were excellent, in particular the tour guide for the Uffizi - he was extremely entertaining and knowledgeable
really liked it. it was quick and we looked at all the important things.
