Unless you're an art major or educated fan, YOU NEED A GUIDE in order to understand why, where and whom, for maximum enjoyment. I learned about Viator about 2 weeks before our trip. I started to order the Accademia and Uffizi tour so many times and then wondered if the reviews were real and if they'd be accurate. I literally made up my mind right before we walked out of the house to the airport and booked 3 tours. We had different guides for each gallery. Both were knowledgeable, passionate and full of details that made the experience unique!!! We particularly loved the guide for our Uffizi tour, and the woman who checked us in and shared her love of Florence. As the Uffizi guide would say, "Believe me when I tell you..." the money spent is so worth it. I'm an over-the-top, picky customer and I just keep gushing about how much the experience was enhanced when you have insider details. Just do it!

What a great deal. We were skeptical about the value of the tickets but were pleasantly surprised at how much time we saved. Definitely recommend this if you're going to Florence and don't have a lot of time to spend at the Uffizi.

My wife and I went to both the Accademia and Uffizi galleries. Both tour guides were excellent. We learned so much. It was great viewing David from multiple angles and learning about the history of the statue. On both tours, we also learned so much about the renaissance, and why the art prior to the renaissance during the dark/middle ages was so bad in comparison. It was very interested.

The gallery tour was fascinating and extremely informative. The guides knew their stuff. I will not hesitate to book a tour on a future trip with Viator and will certainly let my friends know about Viator. Thanks.

The tour of the Accademia was pretty good, but the Uffizi was amazing! And so much of it depends on the tour guide. Our guide at the Uffizi was exciting, funny, and absolutely wonderful and made the museum come to life.

I think I will remember more of what I learned in these tours than I remember from a semester of art history.

Tour guides were knowledgeable, particularly at the Uffizi, which is huge. The guide directed us to details that I never would have noticed if I'd been there on my own. When I saw the lines at both museums, I was very grateful for this ticket that let me "skip the line".
