Overall, it was worthwhile and the guides were OK. It was good just to be able to get into both galleries; I'd tried to book before and there was no availability, even with a month's notice. We got into the Uffizi somewhat late, and had limited time to see the exhibition.

A must see! Uffizi Gallery tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. She kept the attention of the whole group and even the kids. I could have read a pamphlet and learned as much from the guide in the Accademia Gallery. But definitely a must see!

Glad to avoid the lines. The Accademia was absolutely fantastic. I think too much time was maybe spent at the early part of the Uffizi tour, which didn't leave as much time to explore.

Most tours do make you feel rushed, but the experience was still great.

At times, it was difficult to hear the guide. The guide provided too many unnecessary details that delayed the tour.

The guide for the Accademia portion wasn't fluent in English. The Uffizi guide was excellent but earphones were not provided for either tour so hearing was difficult. I would not do this again, I would buy tickets for both venues directly online, rent audio guides and save the money.

Our tour guide for the Florence Accademia was "fair", her English was poor and we could not hear her very well. The tour guide for the Uffizi Gallery was great!!

The morning tour at the Accademia could have been better. The guide spoke very quickly and we had a hard time understanding her as English was not her first language. That part of the tour was less than an hour. The afternoon tour at the Uffizi was better. The guide was much easier to understand, though English was not her first language either, but she spoke more slowly and explained things better. She took her time explaining things about the pieces. My only advice to Viator is to hire guides who speak English as their first language so they are easier to understand. A slight accent is ok but most guides have very thick accents and it is very hard to understand them.

David was phenomenal as you well know. The fault here lies in the tour guide. He smelled horribly. His English was not easy to understand either. Our tour guide at the Vatican set the bar high for us and this one did not live up to it.

Tour guide provided too much detail.

The tour and commentary were very helpful. However, given the size of the group, it was very difficult for all to hear the guide.

I enjoyed it but the place was so crowded it became difficult to hear our tour guide. Headsets would have been useful. What I heard was interesting. The second tour was much better we could hear well.

Both tours were overcrowded and the guides were difficult to hear. The only advantage is not having to wait in line.

Would have liked it better with a headset. The guides must have been professors of the Arts. The knowledge and the passion for the arts was inspiring. Just could not hear them over the other tourists and guides.

The tour at the Accademia was terrible. We could barely hear our guide and therefore came back without an understanding of the art. About 90 of the group left within the first 10 minutes because it was so difficult to understand and hear our guide. On the other hand, the afternoon tour at the Uffizi Gallery was very good, and our guide was wonderful and provided us with lots of information on the art and the Renaissance and easy to hear and understand. I am not sure we would book this service again.
