The tours themselves were wonderful. The guide to the Accademia truly made the art come alive. On the other hand, this is Italy, and there are no guarantees. There was a general museum employee strike during our trip, which made for a lot of chaos and a fairly late entry. Nevertheless, it is worth doing, and you'll save tons of time not waiting in line.

Both guides were great. The only downside was that it was so hot in the Uffizi as to make it quite uncomfortable. There is too much to see, but our guide was again very good. I would have liked for him to have spent some time on da Vinci, but other than that the tour was great.

Overall, it was worthwhile and the guides were OK. It was good just to be able to get into both galleries; I'd tried to book before and there was no availability, even with a month's notice. We got into the Uffizi somewhat late, and had limited time to see the exhibition.

A must see! Uffizi Gallery tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. She kept the attention of the whole group and even the kids. I could have read a pamphlet and learned as much from the guide in the Accademia Gallery. But definitely a must see!

Glad to avoid the lines. The Accademia was absolutely fantastic. I think too much time was maybe spent at the early part of the Uffizi tour, which didn't leave as much time to explore.

Most tours do make you feel rushed, but the experience was still great.

We really enjoyed the tour; however, the tour guide we had at the Uffizi Gallery was very hard to understand. She spoke very broken English and got a little too involved in the paintings that she obviously liked; therefore I feel that we didn't see everything that there was to see. The other thing that I would have liked was to have had headsets, as it is very hard to hear the guide when she is trying to speak over other conversations.

I booked this tour for myself and 3 friends, and our opinions were unanimous. The young lady who was our guide for the Accademia gallery was excellent, full of enthusiasm, a very good communicator and really brought the experience to life. However, the contrary was the case for our guide for the Uffizi tour. Although we could not doubt his knowledge, 2 of us nearly fell asleep on our feet. His presentation was very dry and boring, and he looked as though he would really rather not be there. The strangeness of this experience did cause us some amusement though.

This tour guide should have a microphone. It was absolutely impossible to hear anything other than every fourth word spoken.

I loved the content; however, I was disappointed in the tour guide. She spoke quickly and did not give us a lot of time to see the work.

No headsets were provided, which made hearing the guide difficult. Decided not to do the Uffizi Gallery part of the tour because of this, and spent the balance of the day doing our own sightseeing. Did not meet with our expectations and did not compare with the other Viator tours we went on.

It was OK; there were too many people in the group, and the tour guide couldn't be heard. Expensive for what it was, and I wouldn't recommend it.

At times, it was difficult to hear the guide. The guide provided too many unnecessary details that delayed the tour.

The guide for the Accademia portion wasn't fluent in English. The Uffizi guide was excellent but earphones were not provided for either tour so hearing was difficult. I would not do this again, I would buy tickets for both venues directly online, rent audio guides and save the money.

Our tour guide for the Florence Accademia was "fair", her English was poor and we could not hear her very well. The tour guide for the Uffizi Gallery was great!!
