Thoroughly enjoyed both these tours. Guides' knowledge and experience were fantastic. Group size was acceptable. Would do this again. My only criticism was that the guides were obviously representing a number of tour operators, so when we were looking for our particular guide (one with a Viator sign), we had some difficulty. So my request would be for better signage.

Absolutely adored the "David". I also enjoyed "The Prisoners". Our guide explained things very well. Also loved the fact that we did not have to stand in line for tickets. Our Uffizi tour was also enjoyable, but I do have a suggestion: Since there are so many steps to get to the galleries, I think the people need to be warned. The guide did say there was a lift but was very vague about where it was and where she would meet people. Climbing those steps was very difficult for most of the people in my group.

I could not have imagined how much more I would enjoy the museums with the expertly guided tour. The two guides were excellent, and their lectures benefited the entire rest of my stay in Italy.

Our tour was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but we were late so we called in advance and Viator were very helpful in moving us to the next tour at 1:00 p.m. We ended up seeing the Academia and Ufizi, and the guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about arts. We absolutely loved it, and these two places are a must see on your visit to Florence. It was worth every penny to have a guide. Otherwise we wouldn't have understood anything.

Fantastic! We arrived a little late for the first portion of the tour but were allowed to join a tour later that day. The guides were wonderful, informed, and most pleasant. The reservation process via Viator is easy - and now I know that it is also reliable. Thank you!

The two tour guides for the Accademia and the Uffizi Gallery were the best tour guides I had in Italy. They were knowledgeable and passionate about the art and history. The tours aren't that long, so I thought the cost was kind of high, but they were really great tours and well worth it.

Our trip to Florence was only for two days, so I wanted to make the most of our time. This was a pricey but excellent option - and worth every penny! The tour guides give you an audio set so you can always hear what they are saying. Also, for someone who doesn't have a background in art history, it was helpful to have someone provide history and details about the art. Our guide at the Uffizi was especially great, so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about art! My only criticism would be that no one on the tour told the group that you can't carry backpacks through the Uffizi. As a result, once we got to the entrance, we had to separate from the group, check in the backpack, and then race to catch up with the group. Besides this, everything was superb! Highly recommended.

Our guide was passionate about what we saw and gave many great details. We were skeptical we would learn anything new, but we were surprised and rewarded with great information. Extremely worthwhile.

The guide was very knowledgeable and made total experience wonderful. Being able to skip the lines particularly at the Accademia was a great help in enjoying the tour.
