Good informative tour with a good explanation about the history of all the statues and sculptures in these museums.

What a day! We arrived in Florence early and our guide was already there, so we checked in early, which made us feel very comfortable. The guide was a native Tuscan, so she was able to speak with authority, and wow did she know her stuff! She was obviously an art lover, but she also knew lots about architecture and Italian history. We all learned so much from her. The walking tour took us into parts of Florence that we did not know existed, and there was more than plenty of time to see the sights that were pointed out. We ended up seeing much more than we could have done ourselves, and small buildings or artwork that we would normally have walked past were explained in great detail. This tour is just wonderful for people who are new to Florence and need a place to start in one of the world's most wonderful cities. Highly recommended.

The tour guide was informative and pleasant. She discussed more than just the beauties of the city.

A great way to appreciate Florence architecture and to see the Michelangelo's David. Guide spoke English well. Only negative was that audio headsets were difficult to hear through.

Tour guide was excellent. Disappointed because Accademia was closed due to a strike but tour guide included another museum as a substitute. Guide used headsets which makes a big difference with a large group.

The tour was exactly as described. We had a fantastic tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and very easy to understand. The headsets were great, too!

Our tour guide wasn't as cheerful and friendly as she could have been. It seemed like that was there more to do a job and give us information rather than be our tour guide and be enthusiastic about showing us her city. It was OK, but it could have been better.

Would have liked to go inside the Duomo, and I wanted to hear more about the Medici family's influence in the city.

Our guide was not very professional and either tired from too much Saturday night or just plain loopy. I was glad to skip the line, but that's about it.

The walking tour could be better organized.

Our sound system was poor, difficult to hear. Difficult to understand the guide because of accent. There were many more people in the group than I had anticipated. I thought it was a smaller group. The information was good.

The tour guide's English was difficult to understand and this was made worse by the poor sound quality of the earphone system that they use. Also, from what we could understand, the walking part of the tour before arriving at Accademia was too full of dry facts and figures and no real interesting tidbits or stories that I expected from a local guide.

Guide was not very good, she rambled and repeated herself constantly. Couldn't wait for tour to be over. I do not recommend this tour to anyone.
