A beautiful city and a tour guide that told stories that helped you understand life in Florence through the ages.

Great guide. She did a great job. Took us to places too new to be in the tour books, new castle that opened up in Florence.

This was a great trip. Though it was raining that day, I did not feel upset thanks to the wonderful guide. She spoke very good English, and she seemed to be dedicated to explaining things to us. I am sure we would not have learned as much without her.

Fantastic tour guide was interesting and informed. The headphones worked great in crowded and noisy places.

Our guide was fantastic. She knew her history, was passionate about her love of Florence, and brought the stories to life. She had outstanding interpersonal skills. We only had a short time in Florence, and this walking tour was the highlight. The six adults in our party were unanimous with their accolades about the tour. Thanks!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very informative and exciting. The whole tour is done by walking through Florence, but the city center is small enough that it didn't seem like we were walking a long distance. It also was good to get in the group line for the Accademia, which made the wait to see David a lot shorter.

The guide's pace was a little slow, but we covered a lot of Florence and the information was interesting. The gallery was a wonderful highlight.

The David alone is worth this tour. The guide talked about the most important statues in Florence and the history of old homes and palaces. Good tour.

Was great, bit rushed and hard to get back to the things you want to do along the way!

Tour guide had a good knowledge of art and history but was hampered by two members of the group who persistently interrupted with their own points of view. This slowed the tour and caused the hour to be rushed. It was, however, wonderful to have an uninterrupted view of "David" without queuing at the Accademia Gallery.

Tour was great. Guide was great. Only negative was the meeting location. Took us an extra 45 minutes to find our guide. Fortunately, she waited for us. There are so many giant landmarks to meet in front of - don't know why this out of the way courtyard was chosen as a meeting spot. Tour started out a little stressful as a result but ended on a positive note. Guide spoke English very well and was very knowledgeable and informative.

The tour was really interesting and gave a good overview of some of Florence's highlights difficult to achieve in a day otherwise! It also included opportunities to see parts of the city that we may not have otherwise known about. Skipping the queue at the Galleria dell'Accademia was worth the cost of the tour in itself! Our local guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The audio system was the only disappointment, as it was very difficult to hear what the guide was saying at times. Maybe headphones for both ears would be better than what's currently being used. Overall, I'd highly recommend this trip particularly if you only have a day to explore Florence.
