We are so glad we took the advice of others and booked the Uffizi online. We bypassed the incredibly long line and saved time. We weren't sure if we'd like having a guide but our guide was SUPERB! She taught us tons about art history because of the chronological order of the rooms and her wonderful knowledge and perfect English. We had a difficult time navigating the online order process. We didn't know what time the tour was or the price until we'd paid for them. We felt uncertain but it all worked out very well. Thanks for this outstanding experience.

Done very efficiently and the guide was good.

Some confusion about where to take the Viator voucher but the tour was superb. The knowledge, enthusiasm and good humour of the guide was amazing, picking out key pictures and slotting them into an historical and artistic context. The crowds were non-existent so no sense of being rushed. Wonderful experience for a 'like art but don't know much about it' person!

Our tour guide was absolutely wonderful, but I would not say it was skip the line! We still had to wait in a line. It was not as long, but it still was a line.

Great tour, very informative. Wish we had a headset as it was difficult to hear our guide at times.

This was a good tour, the guide highly knowledgeable about the gallery. Enjoyed the Rafael, Boticelli, Da Vinci paintings and the history behind. Only issues were, there was no ear-piece headsets which helped us in listening to the guide better. So we missed out on some parts of the history which the guide was relating. Also, there was not much skipping the line, as we stood in the group entrance area and queued up to enter the gallery. But it was worth the visit because of the paintings.

Our guide was informative and LOVED what he did. Quite passionate about the art in which he brought to life for us! The only problem is we needed headsets - as there were so many other tour groups it was difficult to hear often. We had to really group tight to listen. But he really was extraordinary.

Went well beyond our objective of skipping the line. Guide was informative and cheerful but sometimes hard to hear. This could be helped by using the radio mic earphone system that so many tours are using now.
