I thought the information was great and worth the money alone. The only problem was that our guide didn't use head sets and I found it hard to hear everything.

Great not to have to queue. Coordinator easy to find. Good advice from guide in getting through the security system. Guide was knowledgeable, clear, interesting and approachable and didn't try to cover too much. Highly recommended.

It would be overwhelming to visit the Uffizi Gallery without the benefit of an experienced guide. Although the gallery was very busy and the background noise was high, we were very happy with the tour. The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the exhibits and enabled us to focus on the history and detail of the key works of art in the gallery.

The tour is wonderful, but I feel our tour guide could have been a little better.

The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. However, the tour felt a bit rushed. It was difficult to see the artwork and hear the guide at times due to the number of people touring the museum. I would recommend having the tour last longer than ninety minutes.

Our tour guide was excellent. You should definitely use a tour guide. The only complaint, was that there were so many people in the gallery.

Marvellous gallery. Guide was excellent. Too bad about the crowds and people not following instructions about leaning over barriers and taking photos!

The guide was good, interesting and interested, and very caring with an elderly lady who was on her first and probably only visit to the gallery. But the noise and press of people rather detracted from the paintings.

As there were a large number on the tour, there was more than one guide, and we were in manageable groups. We had great difficulty hearing the first guide, who also didn't seem very knowledgeable, so we switched to another, who was excellent. He put the paintings into political context and was extremely knowledgeable, animated and amusing. Unfortunately, as the tour was so late, we did not see much of what is a fascinating gallery.

There was so much to see. It was a little hard finding out where to find our tour guide, but I enjoyed my tour.

Excellent guide, but it would be better with personal headphones like most tour groups. Things were chaotic at the beginning.
