Our guide was fabulous. We only wished we had more time to spend with him. He was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining.

Our guide through the Uffizi gallery was knowledgeable and passionate. We will definitely recommend Viator to people we know.

Well done tour. We would have been lost without a guide. Crowds were large, and it was difficult to get near some of the artworks.

Certainly worthwhile. However, as the tour finished only 30 minutes before closing time we had very little time to explore the gallery on our own. Felt that too much time and explanation given to too few paintings.

Well worth it. There was a line already for those who did not purchase early. Because of time, the guide took us to the important works and then there was time to spare to visit other important works. Guide was great and very informative.

Our guide on this trip was good, and we loved the museum. It is certainly the museum with the richest collection in Florence, and worth it. As for skipping the line, there wasn't a line when we were there, and so that aspect of it was sort of a waste of money. We could have gotten a tour guide locally a lot cheaper. But we had a very thorough guide, probably the best one we had on the whole trip, so I felt good about it.

Would recommend Viator to anyone. Have used it a few times and never had problems. Uffizi Gallery tour was very good. Excellent guide made tour very enjoyable. Also, you walk straight in past the long line of people. Would recommend this tour.

The tour group was too large and it was very crowded in the Uffizi Gallery. We had a hard time hearing him over the other tours being conducted. Also, we thought he spent too much time with each painting.

Good tour, but very busy. Our guide did everything possible to make herself heard, but sometimes it was impossible.

Art is superb, and it's well worth getting the ticket in advance. Would much prefer the headset-type tour if it's ever offered.

Finding guide was confusing as not labelled "Viator" and staff at gallery queue gave wrong instructions - messy but we got there. Queue-skipping was very efficient. Guide was knowledgeable and good value, but would have preferred to move a little faster and see a few more items in the time. Hearing the guide was a bit tricky also - maybe the earpieces that other tours were using would be worth exploring.

The tour was good, very informative. My only complaint was that the tour guide was very difficult to understand even though she spoke English.

I thought the guide was very knowledgeable and that he made the tour very interesting. It definitely beat going it alone. He made the trip dramatic and held our interest.

It was wonderful to be able to skip the queue. The administration was very well organised, and the guide very knowledgeable. The only criticism I had was that I would have liked to have perhaps another 2 or 3 pictures included.

At the start of our tour we stopped briefly to check in two bags at the cloakroom and found that the rest of the tour group had gone into the museum without us. It took us 5 minutes rushing around to locate them. The group was very large, around 30, and we had great difficulty hearing the guide. Fortunately another guide came along after about 10 minutes and took about 10 people including us as a separate group. She spoke more clearly and had a good sense of humour and we greatly enjoyed the remainder of the tour.
