There was so much to see. It was a little hard finding out where to find our tour guide, but I enjoyed my tour.

Excellent guide, but it would be better with personal headphones like most tour groups. Things were chaotic at the beginning.

Everything went smoothly. This tour of the Uffizi was a great introduction. We truly enjoyed our guide, she was extremely knowledgeable and witty. Highly recommended, well worth the time and expense.

The gallery was fantastic. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Her ability to bring the period to life and place the works in political and social context was very helpful to our appreciation of what we were experiencing. Our only complaint was the lack of hearing devices. My companion was unable to grasp some remarks. Because the Uffizi has many more beautiful works of art, it would be helpful to arrange the tour at an earlier time so members could stay after the tour ends. This information could be made available at the booking window as an option for those who might wish to stay longer.

An amazing place, just crowded with well-known works of art. A knowledgeable and passionately enthusiastic guide, who simply oozed information and found time to answer everybody's questions. All in all a wonderful tour of a great gallery. The only drawback was that by the time the tour finished we only had 45 minutes to go round on our own before the gallery closed.

The guide was wonderful; she put life to the pictures and artists. I would recommend her any time. I found the museum was not helpful with any information about visiting or touring.

Our guide was wonderful, very informative and it was clear he was passionate about what he was talking about. It would have been better if he had a microphone and we had headsets like some of the tours as it was quite difficult to hear him at some points.

It's an excellent idea to book this in advance and avoid queuing in the heat. We got in quickly, but were left by our rather impatient guide while we were made to check in our bags. So we waited for the next guide, who was lovely and very knowledgeable. It was a very informative tour, and we're glad we did it, and also pleased that we ended up with the guide we had!

What an experience! We had a knowledgeable guide and saw so many interesting exhibits. This is not to be missed.

It's impossible not to enjoy the Uffizi Gallery, but we found it quite difficult to hear the guide, who was, if not inspirational, very very knowledgeable on his subject.

The gallery is absolutely fantastic, and a must for anyone visiting Florence. It seems that taking a guided tour is probably the easiest way to get in, and you will also learn a lot about the paintings that you are shown. The downside is that you won't have an opportunity to see everything. The main problem, however, is the actual organization of getting to the right place to actually register for the tour. We were directed from one door to another and back again. When we eventually found the girl who was dealing with our group, she seemed to be surrounded by hundreds of people all wanting to be dealt with immediately. As I said, once you got inside the museum, it was well worth the wait, but it must have been about an hour of waiting and standing in line before that happened. All in all, we would recommend it.

This tour was spoiled by the fact that there was a union strike, and the gallery closed early so we did not see the full thing.

Ufizzi is a "can't miss" experience. The guide was very good. Our only problem was that we thought we were looking for a Viator group and almost missed tour.

If you're not a huge art fan, definitely take the tour, otherwise the art may not have much meaning for you.
