Interesting and informative, our tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable, would recommend.
Alessia was an excellent tour guide who provided very interesting information, communicated very clearly, and encouraged engagement in the tour. She was responsive to questions and elaborated on areas of interest to participants. The Uffizi was amazing and she helped to provide context and draw out the most interesting parts of each period, artist, and painting we saw.
This tour was outstanding. Not only was it a terrific two hours of art, but the tour guide wove a story through the Uffizi gallery, stopping to enjoy the most important and emblematic paintings throughout Italian art history. His passion for the topic was apparent. His communication style and clarity were outstanding markedly different than other tours we took in Venice, for example. He was able to easily and seamlessly accommodate my mother in law's need for a wheelchair on the whole tour. It was worth the money for this tour just to skip the line, but I left after two hours with a thread of knowledge about Italian art that I never expected, and I'm so grateful to have seen some of the iconic masterpieces in the Uffizi with so expert a guide.
Great, knowledgable guide. Her understanding of the art added so much value. The artwork in the museum itself is amazing. Worth every cent.
We HIGHLY recommend this tour, and especially our wonderful guide, Irena. She was incredibly knowledgeable, charming and funny. She was equally talented at providing an enjoyable experience for those who do not know art, while adding knowledge and answering the questions of those who do.
Great tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very organized.
Beautiful art explained by a very knowledgeable and friendly guide Frederica.
Fascinating. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great insight into the art work and artists.
I think our rep was called Paulo, he had a fantastic knowledge of the subjects and delivered it in an accessible way, we now have a really good understanding of the development of Italian art and will be able to use this when looking at art across the world.
Vast museum, great to have a local tour guide who knew her stuff and also the use of personal audio guides having just done a terrible, tour of Pompeii without one. This museum is vast and we could have got completley lost without this guide and wasted a lot of time. If you haven't got time or previous knowledge this tour gives you the most
It was really great tour. Our guide was fantastic as he regaled us with background stories to the art and the artists. I am not an art aficionado, so our guide made it really enjoyable on what might be a boring subject.
Had a great time. The guide Philippo was the best. We will certainly use viator again
Our tour director was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about all the art. She had a passion for Art, and it certainly showed to our group. Also, my friend and I got confused on the meeting place for the beginning of the tour, but someone from Viator called us, and joined the group within minutes. Thank you for that.
What a great tour! Both, my friend and I, enjoyed every moment and learned a great deal about the Renaissance.
Our guide for this tour was Rosella, who had an art history degree. As with the best of our tours, this was about more than just seeing the art at the Uffizi gallery, but putting it within the context of the history of Florence, the Medici's and the great artists involved. Overall a wonderful experience.
Not to be missed, I was very pleased, very knowledgeable guide and some of the best art in the world.
