The trip was fantastic. Our guide Steve was extremely knowledgeable and it was great to be in a small group where everyone got to know each other a bit. Our lunch was delicious and we had some time to look around and do some shopping. I would definitely recommend this tour!

It was a great intro to Cinque Terre which has some beautiful scenery but the tour could have done with a little more free time exploring the villages (although some were still affected by the floods and we didn't stop it them) since there was still a couple of hours daylight left after we finished the tour.

THe bus had ac that wasn't working and it was very hot that day. Scenery was beautiful, lunch was good but the tour guides should have been more engaged with the group.

We traveled as a family with children aged 10 and 14 years and found this day very strenuous and over-crowded. The advertised 'gelato tasting' did not materialise adding to the disappointment. This was not the enjoyable day out for the family we had hoped for.

Cinque Terre is beautiful, our tour guide was interesting and the food was delightful. We were hoping it would last longer (it had mentioned that the tour would last approximately 11 hours but with round trip travel time it was less than 9hours). Think more time in the water would have been better appreciated (and refreshing as well as add to the time for the 'Day Trip') as this was what we were expecting since our group was small. Also, taken a little by surprise at not being dropped off where we where we left so seeing we did not know Florence (got there the night before) we got lost getting back to the hotel. Nevertheless, the spectacular views should not be missed!!

This is not a tour for people with bad knees or feet. On several of the towns you have to climb very long, uneven stairs. This is a strenuous tour and the add should reflect this and it does not. An excellent guide on the tour.
