If you like to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu, this is the class to take because it is definitely hands on experience. We went on a tour to the local Central Market and tasted some olive oil, balsamic, cheese and bread. Chef Andrea and Chef Giuseppe then taught us to make tiramisu, pasta and ravioli. It was a fun class from 10am - 4pm. Thank you!

We had a great time and the food was really good. The market tour was also great. We ended up buying a few things while we were there tasting.

Excellent cooking class. We had so much fun. The Chef's were so nice and joked with us. We ate what we cooked and received certificates for the class. We even received a small cook book. Just alot of fun.

The cooking class was so much fun! The trip to the market was very informative and the food tasting was delicious. The cooking instructor was very personable and a great teacher. All the food turned out amazing and I really felt like I learned a lot. It was the highlight of my time in Florence.

I have never had such a great experience. Giovanni is the best as well as Giuseppe. the tour of the market with samples of treats was great and then the cooking class was outstanding, i learned so much, even how to properly chop vegetables. the meal we cooked under Giovanni's supervision was out of this world. I have not stopped talking about it o my friends and family. It was the highlight of my trip:)

This tour was fantastic! We started at a local market where we taste tested and learned about different oils and spices. Then we cooked some of the most fabulous Italian food ever!! We were given a cookbook when leaving with the recipes for what we made while we were there. I can't wait to try to recreate the meal back home for friends and family.

I booked this last minute and I'm so glad I did! Had a great fun day meeting other food lovers, and our guides were great fun to learn from, with a fantastic sense of humour. Started with a guided stroll around Central Market, and the food tasting session in itself was brilliant. Then the cooking lesson began, and finally - the eating. JOY!!!

This was great. Giovanni was most warm personable and knowledgeable. My boys and I had a wonderful time and learned a fair amount about the Tuscan food. This is not a high end class, but was a serious course none the less. The crew knows their stuff, the cooking school was a small intimate space but everyone had room to work. The meal we made was delicious (and gave my boys some ideas for what to do on a date, they said). Their place is air conditioned, a real plus in July. And we got cookbooks in the end. These guys really communicate their enthusiasm and love for the food. A great change of pace from the art hunting and much welcomed by my teens (kids of all ages were there, and Giovanni was made a personal connection with everyone in our group). The market visit before hand was wonderful as well. Highly recommended as a memorable and fun family or couples experience. Note, this is a "slow food" experience and it stretched out, wonderfully, across most of the day. We did get to a museum at 4, but it felt like a great and memorable use of a day in Florence. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Made pasta from scratch. Also ravioli, tiramisu and an awesome bolognaise sauce. Chefs who taught and assisted were excellent. Small group of 20. I would highly recommend this.
