Awesome!! Would Highly recommend this class and its instructors to others.. A whole lot of fun and enjoyment while learning to make the best meal I had on my entire trip to Italy and Germany.. Lots of fun and learned a lot.. Andre was most impressive with his knowledge, humor and friendliness..
I super enjoyed this tour and signed up my hubby for it as well and he really liked it. First you go to the Market and learn about olive oil and balsamic vinegar then shopping for he food you are about to prepare. Super enjoyed the Cheff and now all I want to do is make my own pasta
This was a great experience...one of my favorites from Florence. Whether you cook daily or have never stepped foot inside a kitchen, you'll surely learn a lot. Chef Giovanni and the rest of the kitchen staff ensure that your experience is a great one. Besides...what's more rewarding than sitting down for a great Tuscan-style lunch that you cooked yourself?
Excellent from the start to the finish! Chef was amazing and the tour of the market was unbelievable - never saw anything like that. I'm going to make every recipe for my friend's birthday - she's Italian and she won't believe I made everything from scratch. Highly recommend or you will be kicking yourself if you don't sign up.
So much fun!! One of our favorite days of our vacation. Andrea was not only charming, but a wonderful chef! We had so much fun working together on this delicious meal. Can't wait to try to recreate at home. :)
This class was a highlight of our Italy trip. The Market stop was very informative, the class itself was great (even though we had a full complement of 25) and the staff was wonderfully helpful and entertaining. Giovanni was patient and funny along with being very knowledgeable. The meal we prepared was outstanding (Tiramisu, ravioli and meat-sauce pasta). Bring very comfortable shoes, you will be standing for hours. We loved this class and recommend it very highly.
Our instructors were wonderful - very patient and the tour of the Mercator centrale was fascinating.
Really enjoyed the experience - from the tasting of local tasty treats from the local markets to the making of our 3 courses which was washed down with local wines.
An absolute must! Chefs speak fluent English, have good sense of humor and provide an awesome return for the money and you really learn to cook a few very special Italian dishes.
Had a really enjoyable time, the visit around the market was not expected but very enjoyable just watch your numbers 23 on the class not 20 as you quoted on the deal, would recommend .
Wonderful!! We had a great time!! The tour and tastings at the market was awesome, and learning to make pasta, sauces, and tiramisu with Chef Giovanni was fantastic!! It was the best thing that we did in Florence!!
My Husband and I had aload of FUN the Chef was Great would love to do this again when in Florence
Loved it !! From the market visit and tasting to the great cooking class and nice chefs/assistant. Food was great, people were helpful and patient. I want to go back !
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! A MUST FOR ANYONE VISITING FLORENCE! AND A NICE WAY TO MEET NEW FRIENDS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE
If you like to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu, this is the class to take because it is definitely hands on experience. We went on a tour to the local Central Market and tasted some olive oil, balsamic, cheese and bread. Chef Andrea and Chef Giuseppe then taught us to make tiramisu, pasta and ravioli. It was a fun class from 10am - 4pm. Thank you!
