We had so much fun cooking with our small group. The instructor was easy going with a great sense of humor. She was patient, and informative, and we then shared a wonderful, Italian meal. I would do it again when I return to Florence.

This was such a fun experience I wished I'd had more time to take another class! Our chef instructors were well organized, had us prepare an excellent meal with their guidance and were fun and entertaining at the same time.

Wonderful experience. Had a blast. The meal was fantastic and had sooo much fun. Maybe a smaller student to teacher ratio would give each student more hands on experience, but still was a great way to spend the evening. I can't remember our instructors name, but he was fun and had us laughing all night (Ricky Martin look-a-like originally from Germany who is also an opera singer). Fun for all ages.

We had such a great time cooking in this intimate setting! Our teacher was great and the food was easy to make. We made a bruchettta- like antipasto, gnocchi, chicken and tiramisu-- all which were delicious. The best part-- we got to take home the recipes!

This cooking class was one of my favorite parts of my entire trip to Italy. We made homemade pasta with bolognese sauce, bruschetta and tiramisu. The cooking instructor was amazing and fun, it was very hands one. After we cooked for 2.5 hours, we went to this traditional cellar area and ate the food we cooked with wonderful wine. We met some wonderful people as well. I highly recommend this cooking class!

Amazing! Highly recommended! Was able to absorb new skills in the kitchen but more importantly got to taste the food we learned to cook. It was fantastic!

This was a great time and the food was really yummy! I would absolutely recommend this experience. The level of instruction is not terribly detailed but you go home with the recipes to try at home. I learned how to make tiramisu!
