My boyfriend and I did this cooking class with a couple of friends, and it was a nice experience to do together. We cooked in small-groups with the chef, and he was very good at explaining and getting us all engaged in participating in the cooking. We cooked a few Italian dishes, including gluten-free gnocchi, which we really enjoyed, chicken with mushrooms and a chocolate dessert. Very enjoyable evening, would recommend!
The cooking class was great fun and a fantastic learning experience. The food we cooked was delicious and the restaurant folks were very generous with the wine. We will treasure this experience and use the knowledge gained in our own kitchen for many years to come.
Really enjoyed this class. Great food and wine. Learned some cooking tips and recipes.
Alessandro was a great instructor. I'm not much for cooking, but signed up for this class for my husband's benefit. It turned out to be a lot of fun. I learned some new techniques and recipes. And the meal itself was delicious! Plus we had a good time visiting with others in our class over dinner. It's a great way to spend an evening in Florence!

Great experience! Lots of fun. Would definitely do this again
I would recommend this cooking class in Florence. The Tuscan meal is really different, not the usual pasta and dessert. The chef is very talented and experienced with groups, kitchen was ultra clean and everything was ready for us to begin right away. The Tuscan hunters stew was excellent as was the vegetable millefoglia and spinach raviolis plus choc mousse. Enjoyed meeting and working with other visitors and relaxing afterwards with the group to savor our dinner.
It lived up to all expectations and more!.I was surprised to find that I was the only Englishman amonst very friendly American and Canadians, except that they were reluctant to toast The QueenBut when I reminded them of their next possible president,Trump, all was forgiven..The evening was so well organised and much time was save by our chefs in pre-preparation. The meal was well balanced ,very Italian and delicious and well cooked by my 4 companians, with some help from me..The wine went well with the food and was generous, especially as one lady didnt drink!! There was a wow factor as we entered the cellar resturant to eat our meal.An experience never to be missed and hoped to be repeated on another day with different food. Gordon
Deliciously Florence with new friends as the frosting on the cake!
Different evening in Florence with this cooking class: a couple of hours to cook (from starter to dessert) and then relaxing time to taste all the plates! The chef was fun and good - we prepare even a gluten free plate (gnocchi) and everything was tasting amazing. The kitchen was clean and all tools are available - we also had a small recipe book about what we cooked during the night. Totally recommended if you want to have a special and fun dinner in Florence!
fabulous evening and the chef was fantastic and I learned so much!
the most fun the 4 of us had in Rome. Chef was very personable, and patient. Great evening
Our cooking class was absolutely wonderful. The food we made was delicious and so much fun to create! I really can and #39;t leave out Alessandro, our chef and leader, who was everything from professional to helpful to hilarious. I would do this again and again.
Our cooking class and our Chef Francisco was truly amazing, his knowledge and humor made this very fun and a highlight of our time in Florence that we are still talking about, the ingredients where very fresh and of an excellent quality and his cooking expertise showed his deep knowledge and the art involved in cooking along with his enthusiasm and professionalism was very much appreciated and please pass along mine and my Girlfriend thanks for an excellent experience
This was absolutely one of the best experiences we had. Our chef was knowledgable and funny. Our group was small and the food was amazing. Well worth the money as you get cooking lessons, an awesome 4 course dinner and wine.
Great class. Not only where the chefs and staff friendly, the other people taking the class were fun too. You start by cooking the meal then you sit down and eat. It's a wonderful way to spend a night in Florence if you are into food.
My wife and I were the only people that showed. The chef was humble, talented, and very willing to explain things in detail. I know it may have been different if more people were there, but Im sure he would acclimate to a larger crowd nicely. The food we cooked came out excellent, we actually learned a few things and the overall experience with eating dinner down in their wine cellar was an awesome experience.
This was an awesome experience! Alessandro was our chef for 4 of us at one station and 5 at another. We were able to participate in making the appetizer, gnocchi, sauces, chicken dish and dessert. Alessandro was very patient and made sure everyone was involved in the cooking. After we were done, we went downstairs to a lovely dining area and were served our dinner with wine. It was great fun and everyone in the class appeared to be having a great time!! Great value for the money - and you get the recipes to take home.
The food was delicious and the experience was great! I would do it again!
Valerie with Walks of Italy and bus driver Michelina through our Viator purchase were quite amazing! It was very apparent she enjoyed her job and was quite well versed in the history and knowledge of everywhere we went. She spoke great Englis b and had lots to suggest.
We traveled to Italy for my mother's 80th birthday and did many wonderful things during our stay. The cooking class in Florence was one of the highlights of the trip. It was enjoyed by all 10 of us.
My daughter and I took this cooking class our first night in Florence and it was a great way to learn Italien cooking and enjoy meeting other tourists. The recipes were delicious, plenty to eat and wine to drink and nice company to enjoy it with. The chefs were terrific. A little crowded with 20 people but we also took a pastry baking class with them in the afternoon and had a private lesson. Same chef and he was great. We made biscotti and cannoli so and we loved it!
My wife and I had a wonderful time at the class - one of the highlights of our trip. Made an awesome chicken cacciatore and fresh ravioli dinner. The chefs were very funny and personable, and we had fun eating afterward. One of the best meals we had in Italy!
