We had such a great evening with the team. The seething for cooking was great, though would have liked bigger space! Then downstairs to the place where we ate was so beautiful. What an experience. Time to laugh and learn along the way. Thank you

We had a great deal of fun. Our chef was great! Even though she gave all the hard jobs to us men! Just kidding, She helped us put together a delicious meal with lots of fun and laughs along the way.

Our evening at the cooking class was great. Francesco, our chef was amazing. His outgoing personality certainly made the evening a lot of fun. We made four courses; an appetizer, gnocchi, chicken and a dessert. The best part was being served by our Chefs in the Wine Cellar. It was a great evening. We would highly recommend it.

This was the best experience of our entire Italy trip... Great food.. great recipes... everything was amazing about this experience... Our Chef Alasandro was fun to cook with... this happens in a group of 4.. lots of fun.. we were left with extra pasta dough and our chef taught us an extra pasta sauce and made it a 5 course meal instead of 4 course... at the end of the dinner we were sooooo fulll... I have not had such a great Italian food ever... and the best part is that we cooked it.. I would definitely recommend about this to everyone visiting florence.. this experience itself is just great.

Fun evening! The staff were great! Fantastic food! We wished we were served wine while cooking, but I guess I might not remember what we cooked!

Light cooking class for home cooks.. Instructors are fun and class is easy. Nice break from dining out and enjoyable to meet and talk to others that are traveling while cooking a meal together.

Sorry to say we missed it because I wasn't well. However, our traveling companions enjoyed it thoroughly.

We absolutely loved our cooking class! Our chef Francesco was amazing and made our experience very fun. We were a group of five, my sister and I and our three daughters. All of us had a great time and it was one of the highlights of our "grand tour" of Italy trip. The menu had something for everyone and the instruction worked well for novices and for those of us with more experience. It was definately time well spent!

AMAZING!! The chefs were very friendly and helpful. I learned some new cooking techniques, ate a fantastic Italian dinner, and went home with the recipes. I would do this again anytime! For those who are vegetarians--two of our small groups had veggie-friendly meals that were just as tasty.

Absolutely wonderful! You really learn what goes on in the kitchen at a fine restaurant. Later, to eat what you prepared yourself, with fine wine in the restaurant, was a true eye-opener -- knowing what it took to prepare a delicious meal that you ate. I will do this again, next time I'm in Firenze!
