It was the highlight of my trip. Of course, it helped that our group was awesome! Meeting and connecting with other travelers from around the world was a blast! The food was good and I learned something new! It wasn't HIGHLY hands on since we were in a group and we didn't get to eat what our group prepared but it was fun, nonetheless.

Our lead chef was wonderful, and the entire experience surpassed my expectations. It was a fantastic way to spend an evening in Florence.

If you love to cook with friends, you will love this cooking course. The chef was entertaining. He was entertaining enough have his own TV cooking show.

Excellent evening with hands-on experience.... the chefs were all knowledgeable, talented, and very hospitable. They engaged the participants in lively conversation and made us feel welcome in their kitchen and country. Followed the class up with serving us our dinner, dessert, and chianti. Enchanting evening. Bravo!

This was very fun. It's not for someone who is really into cooking. It is more for the fun of it. The cooks help you a lot, and you get to take about five recipes home! We loved it, it was a perfect addition to our honeymoon.

This was one of the most enjoyable things we did in Italy. The size of the cooking class was 14 people, which made for a relaxing evening away from the thousands of people at the other sights in the city. The instructors were great, and we got to enjoy a delicious meal with wine.

The Tuscan Cooking lesson was fantastic. You'll spend the evening with 7 or 8 other travellers, and that's just fine, everyone had a great time. The cooking instructors were full of humour and patience and as well as learning some great recipes you can take your new skills home with you. I was surprisingly impressed and would definitely recommend the experience.

We had a fabulous time, the chefs were fantastic and we made some delicious authentic Tuscan cuisine that we could definitely create at home! A wonderful and well organised evening!

The cooks were very personable and friendly. Very informative session for 3 people who don't cook very much at all. Fun time and not too preachy or over-taught. Everyone running the tour was on time and had good knowledge and was very friendly.

I took my 18 year old daughter, and I would say it was the highlight of her trip!! We met some lovely people, and the chefs made it great fun. A brilliant idea.

I enjoyed the people that I worked with and eating the food we created.

The course was great, but I must admit this was due more to the lovely people we met on the course than to the course itself. It was fun, and we learnt a bit, but there were more people on the course than I think there should have been, and the food was good but not as good as I was expecting. Still, this didn't matter as we had a great time and met some lovely people.

The evening was enjoyable. The only downside was that there were too many people in the class. We were crowded at the workstations and when we were seated for dinner.

Fun for all. They handled a large group very well and made sure that everyone was involved.
