We were newlyweds on our honeymoon in Italy, and this class was one of our favorite parts of the trip! The chefs are funny, entertaining, and very friendly. We made delicious dishes, made some new friends, and had an absolutely wonderful time! We plan to go back to Florence and take another class with them!

What great fun!! The cooks were so attentive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the company of the other travelers. Food wasn't bad either-a great time and a chance to really savor something that you have created.

Amazing! This class was alot of fun, we cooked for delicious Italian meals, then got to enjoy them over some red wine. Fantastic evening, met some new friends and got to take away the recipes to try at home. The gnocchi was definitely a favourite of mine, as was the tirimisu. Highly recommended!

SO MUCH FUN!! My daughter and I were paired with a cute couple from Belgium and our chef for the evening, who split himself between our group and another. The food and wine were delicious and we were all amazed that WE DID IT!

A highlight of our most recent trip to Italy. The fun we had preparing our own food was even better than the delicious meal. The kids that guided us through the fun were delightful. Que bella.

We enjoyed the Tuscan Cooking Class and Dinner was delicious, of course it was, we made it! Fabrizio was great, and so was his staff. Lots of attention for all attendees. We would do it again and recommend it to all our friends who go to visit Firenze from Hawai'i. Aloha, R and D Serrao

Our experience in the cooking class/dinner was enjoyable and most memorable of our 20 day trip to Europe. You really learn a lot and get to eat the dinner (served in the wine cellar) you prepared and it comes with plenty of wine. Made friends with our cooking partners!

Course was fantastic. Chefs made cooking easy and fun. You take home the recipes and we made a four-course Tuscan meal for Father's Day dinner!Wish we had taken more cooking courses!

Really fun class. Food was delicious and the people in our group were lots of laughs. We had 5 people at our station, with varying degrees of cooking experience. We all kept busy trying the different tasks (by far, the toughest was flipping the crepes ... so you can tell the tasks were easy). We had as much wine as we wanted when we had our dinner. The wine was house red, but it was decent and matched the food. Some of the instructions we were given verbally did not make it into the written recipes, so notes are required if you plan to make the recipes at home. We were allowed to take photos throughout the class and almost overwhelmed our instructor when all of us wanted the same photo! He ended up taking the same photo 4 times. We will probably attend a different class at this cooking school the next time we visit Florence and would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun and different evening.

Really great experience! We loved learning to make gnocchi and a bunch of other classic Italian dishes. The dinner we made ended up being the best one we had in Florence.
