It was fun. The food was okay, I don't know if I will ever make it again back home. It was definitely a fun experience. The chefs were really funny.

The tour was well-organized, the group was a good size, and chef was informative and enjoyable to work with.

This course was a lot of fun, and I would recommend it. I met interesting people in the small class.

The other people on the tour were great, and the chefs were too. The food was okay, though maybe the course is for beginners only.

Good fun and something different to do. I'm still making the tiramisu!

A lot of fun. Met a lot of people from all over, learned good cooking and would recommend it.

I thought it was a lot of fun, the only problem was the ingredients were measured in metrics.

The chef was very skilled, humorous, and encouraging for those of us with fewer cooking skills. Dinner was even more enjoyable knowing that we had made it ourselves.

I didn't learn much cooking-wise, however, it was a great group of people and the chef was great! We all had a wonderful evening. Online it mentions something about learning the history of the area and the food, but I don't recall learning anything historic. That is my only criticism.

My daughter and son-in-law had a wonderful time at the cooking lesson. The class was organised very well and the chef was a delightful man who chose some great recipes. Perhaps the class was a little big, but it was a lot of fun and the kids have made all the dishes since with great success.

The Tuscan Cooking Class was quite an experience! The guide was very easy to find, in a pretty central area of Florence. Then we were lead into the school where there were 4 cooking stations. I thought the group was a bit large for such a small space. There were 6-7 participants at each station so I felt like we were sort of packed in there. Also, we started with 2 chefs but then they started another group in a back kitchen, so were down to 1 chef for about 25 people. There were certainly times when we didn't know what to do next. However, our chef was outstanding and very knowledgeable. We had a great time kidding him and he took it well. The food we made was amazing and I feel absolutely comfortable in my ability to recreate it.I wasn't 100% pleased, but I would book it again.

It was a laugh; we had fun spending time with our friends doing something different. As a class, it was a little simple and processed, but perhaps it would be hard to make it much different.

This was a laugh, but a bit chaotic. There were four preparation tables, each with six or seven people, but only two chefs to guide us. This meant that sometimes we were standing around wondering what to do next. There was no mention at all of choosing wines to go with the food which was supposed to be one of the aims of the evening.

There were 36 people there and only 2 chefs and one chef left in the middle of class. The last person was running around to all the cooking areas trying to keep us on track. Try another cooking school.

There were too many people to a group to be truly enjoyable. We had six people cooking one dish/meal. They had to put out extra tables so that we could all enjoy the meal afterwards. However, we were limited to only one glass of wine per person. It would of been better with fewer people in each group.
