The chef and his assistant were entertaining and the food was terrific. What an enjoyable time, I highly recommend it!

This was a blast. We had a great time, and the food was delicious. Our chef was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this.

This tour offered a great experience and something fundamentally different from the standard travel options. If you've got the time to spare it's definitely worth a look. Our group consisted of nine people split into a group of four, a group of three, and a team of two. The personalities all mixed well and the entire group seemed to have a great time. The space was divided into four kitchen stations, like you may remember from any high school home economics classes. It's not a large space, but it's plenty for the groups they host and our three groups were enough to keep the two chefs on their toes. The resident chefs were both great -- very personable and humorous guys that helped make the experience great. I wished I had time to try their pasta making course.

This was a wonderful way to spend an evening in Florence. I have been to other cooking classes where you are a spectator. This class really put you to work so that you participate rather than just watch. The chefs were helpful and gave one-on-one attention. I would do this again. It was a bit pricey, but worth the splurge! And, the best part was that you get to eat your masterpieces.

What fun - we laughed, we cooked, we ate, we drank - what more could one ask for! Chefs were wonderful, despite our many mistakes! The Griswalds return!

Best part was meeting people from other places. There could have been more staff to help. it was a little crowded but all in all worth doing. Lots of fun and a break of museums and churches.

We had a wonderful time at the cooking class, learned a few new dishes and enjoyed the meal. Everyone in the class was fun to be with. If you want a serious class, this isn't it. They don't take time to explain why something is done, they just show you how to do it. Also, the class was overcrowded, and another class was a few feet away. Nonetheless, we had fun and as good a meal as we had at any of the restaurants!

This was a really fun evening - we really enjoyed everything about it except the rain while we walked to the cooking school. The teacher was great, and food was good, and the company was enjoyable. I think this was a definite must.

The cooks were very personable and friendly. Very informative session for 3 people who don't cook very much at all. Fun time and not too preachy or over-taught. Everyone running the tour was on time and had good knowledge and was very friendly.

I took my 18 year old daughter, and I would say it was the highlight of her trip!! We met some lovely people, and the chefs made it great fun. A brilliant idea.

I enjoyed the people that I worked with and eating the food we created.

The course was great, but I must admit this was due more to the lovely people we met on the course than to the course itself. It was fun, and we learnt a bit, but there were more people on the course than I think there should have been, and the food was good but not as good as I was expecting. Still, this didn't matter as we had a great time and met some lovely people.

The evening was enjoyable. The only downside was that there were too many people in the class. We were crowded at the workstations and when we were seated for dinner.

Fun for all. They handled a large group very well and made sure that everyone was involved.
