This was a great idea. There are just so many museums and galleries you can see. The cooking course is a great way to learn a bit more and eat your work!

You cannot believe how much fun we had! The chefs were great teachers and we all participated in the preparation. A VERY hands-on experience which made for a great last evening in Florence for us.

The Tuscan cooking course was the highlight of our visit to Florence. The chefs were very knowledgeable, but also very personable and a lot of fun. We had a wonderful time preparing the meal, which was served with delicious Italian wine. We also came away with recipes from the evening.

What an experience. The class was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The place was very clean, and we got to take home all the recipes to the dishes we prepared. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking. Plus, when you see how much it is to eat dinner in Italy, you will see the value in doing this course of cooking and dining.

It was a great experience and the instructor was a lot of fun! I'm not much of a cook and was amazed with the 4-course meal that we made. I'll definitely be trying the recipes at home!

This was amazing. We made our dinner, ate what we made, and got to bring the recipes home! We also got some great photos because the area that you eat in is like a wine cellar and has great atmosphere! Red and white checkered table cloths and wine everywhere!

This was very fun. Interacting with everyone while sharing preparation of a delicious meal. I would definitely recommend. Hats off to our chefs too who tolerated all of our incompetencies!

Just got back from a three city visit to Italy. he cooking class in Florence was wonderful. We met in a famous square that just happened to be just a minute from our hotel near the Ponte Vecchio, crossed the bridge and walked about two blocks to a kitchen where we spent a wonderful evening conversing with travelers from all over and making some fine food. While I cook often and knew most of the techniques, I definitely learned a thing or two and enjoyed the camaraderie. The chefs who instructed us served our work product to us in the way of a four course meal with wine. Great evening! Highly recommend this.
