Just got back from a three city visit to Italy. he cooking class in Florence was wonderful. We met in a famous square that just happened to be just a minute from our hotel near the Ponte Vecchio, crossed the bridge and walked about two blocks to a kitchen where we spent a wonderful evening conversing with travelers from all over and making some fine food. While I cook often and knew most of the techniques, I definitely learned a thing or two and enjoyed the camaraderie. The chefs who instructed us served our work product to us in the way of a four course meal with wine. Great evening! Highly recommend this.

Great fun! This tour was well-organized and efficiently run. There were about twenty five participants and three chefs, we could have done with another. They took us through preparing a three-course meal, making it so easy that I'm looking forward to trying it out for myself! I would do it again.

I had so much fun! You have to eat, so why not do a bit of cooking? It's not hard at all. Eat great food, drink great wine and meet some great people, all in one night.

Great time, good food and wine, and fabulous company from all over the world. It was a highlight of our trip.

Great! Enjoyable for novices and experts although not difficult or challenging for experts, we were very well "chaperoned". As novice chefs, we had a fantastic time. In groups of four we learned to make tiramisu, potato gnocchi, oven roasted whole tomato, and country chicken. We cooked, then ate, some wine included. The entire evening was extremely enjoyable.
