This was an amazing trip, we had a great time our tour guide was a very friendly, helpful and informative person. Starting with Siena, it was absolutely beautiful, our local guide was very good and her detailed knowledge regarding the various artwork inside the basilica was very impressive. The actual wine tasting was not quite what I was expecting, it was more like a lunch with three different good wine. I was expecting a person would talk about wine and go through the various flavous and what made each of the wine's special or different. I would have also thought that wine tasting would be about trying each of the different wine with crackers to neutralize the taste but as the wine was served with lunch, that was not possible. Lucca was great, we cycled around the old part of town and had a wonderful time, a couple of people even stopped over for some ice cream. The trip ended in Pisa and we had ample time to go around, a few people even went up the tower. All in all, we had a great time. As we were staying in Florence for a few days and wanted to cover Siena, Pisa and Luca and go for wine tasting, this package covered everything in 12 hours. Frankly speaking as we don't know much about wine we quite enjoyed the lunch. Warid.

Long day but worth it. Especially loved Siena. Our guide did an exceptional job telling us about the cathedral and the history of the town. Enjoyed the wine tour and meal. Our teenage daughter especially liked our guide.

The Tuscany countryside was beautiful. I would have liked to had more time in Sienna to browse around on my own and less time in Lucca. The shops in Lucca were expensive. The meal was just adequate. The tour guide (Carla) was slightly rude and we felt rushed most of the time. I think there are better companies out there.

I thought I was going to see some of Florence but this has nothing to do with Florence. Either way the tour it self was nice you get to see a lot.

Our tour guide Nabel was excellent. Our tour guide in Sienna was excellent. However, due to 2 inconsiderate ladies who were part of our tour group who couldn't tell the time of day and then somehow got separated from the group! As a result, our group had only 45 minutes each at Lucca and Pisa. If you can't tell time or follow directions...stay home!!...Don't ruin the tour for others!!!!

In general: Good. Guide managed to lose us in the crowd in Sienna. Guide also had a heavy accent; difficult to understand.

I really enjoyed this tour, though I felt that we were rushed in Pisa and in Lucca. We did not have enough time to take pictures and enjoy the time there. THe Siena tour was perfect. I felt they spent too much time for lunch, which took away time for Lucca and Pisa.

WHAT A SHAME - THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL DAY OUT IF ONLY IT HAD BEEN SHORTENED TO JUST SIENA - OR LUCCA AND PISA. TRYING TO FIT ALL THREE IN WAS A BIG MISTAKE. WE HAD A GOOD LOOK ROUND SIENA THEN WENT TO LUCCA WHERE WE HAD EXACTLY ONE HOUR TO EXPLORE! THEN ON TO PISA WHERE WE HAD EXACTLY 40 MINUTES TO EXPLORE - NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS NOT WORTH THE COACH RIDE! PLEASE CONTACT VIATOR AND TELL THEM TO SPLIT THIS TOUR!!!!! THANKYOU
