The Tuscany day trip was an easy and wonderful way to visit the area around Florence. The trip was very well organized and Barbara was a delightful tour guide. We also enjoyed the winery luncheon and tasting. Even with rain we had a fantastic day.
Our tour was everything we hoped it would be. We saw so much of the countryside, had an excellent tour guide - Olivia - and had some great meals. Bought some wine at the winery/farm we stopped at lunch and arrived back in Florence in plenty of time for a late dinner. The time flew by and the bus was very comfortable. Highly recommend this trip. Dawn
I love Tuscany and this tour has helped me realize the charm of this beautiful region. It made me fall in love with Tuscany! The lovely guide, a Hungarian lady, even shared about her own life experience in Tuscany; her personal touch and knowledge really made the tour a most memorable one!
It was beautiful and would highly recommend the trip for all who would like to see beautiful towns, have a wonderful day with great tour guide ...
We really enjoyed this tour of Tuscany, seeing the countryside was breathtaking. The lunch was excellent as was the wine. The best part of our tour was our tour guide, Elisa. She was engaging and informative. She really made the region come alive with her stories and information.
Beautiful day! Elisa was our tour guide and she was wonderful! We saw so much of the beautiful Tuscany area and the lunch at the farm was fantastic. This whole day was one I will remember as a highlight of our visit to Italy.
Lovely and enjoyable day, saw and visited a lot, and learnt a lot from the guide about the history of Italy.
Great tour. Does not disappoint! We had Olivia who was excellent, the bus was comfortable and the cities were gorgeous. Each city you get the highlights from guides, then you have about an hour, which is not too long, to be on your own.. wish we had longer in each city but time just doesn't allow. The lunch and vineyard was great. Well worth every penny if you want a Tuscany overview. Long day but well worth it.
This was an amazing tour. Our tour guide was Barbara and she couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable or more personable. She was funny and kind and I would totally take a million tours with her. In addition, the tour was incredible - especially the winery lunch (YUM) and Sienna. I could have lived without Pisa, where all was closed by the time we got there (only 430 in the afternoon, by the way). I loved this trip, the bus and driver were also great and I recommend it HIGHLY. Robin
Outstanding... worth every dollar and then some! The overwhelming amount of positive reviews speaks truth of this day trip from Florence around Tuscany. Our guide, Beatrice, was a delightful and extremely well versed young lady. And the trip? Outstanding. You cast your cares out the window as you're taken in a very clean and nice tour bus around the countryside. Each stop is long enough to whet your appetite but leave you wanting more. Lunch was the highlight of the trip with it's outstanding cuisine and gorgeous view of the Tuscan countryside. Then off to more. If you're short on time and want a worry-free way to experience Tuscany, this is a 'don't miss' opportunity that you won't regret taking advantage of.
We had a wonderful experience on this tour, especially the farm tour and lunch at Poggio Allora. The bus was comfortable, the guide (Stefano) was charming and knowledgeable, and the sites we visited were stunning. I highly recommend this as a daytrip--it is the perfect way to escape into Tuscany and go at a good pace.
It was spectacular ! Tour guid Chris was extremely nice and informative . We had a experience of a life time
Olivia was an incredible tour guide!! I loved every minute of this tour and have been recommending it to everyone I know!! :-)
THIS TOUR IS BETTER THAN A 5! Highly recommend it. Barbara was our tour guide and she was fantastic. She was knowledgable, friendly and a great sense of humor. She guided us thru our entire day providing us with great audio guidance and information. The trip to Tuscany left from the train station in a very comfortable motor bus. We stopped in Sienna for a well guided tour. Some time to do our own thing and back on the bus to the vineyards. A tour of a winery and a delicious lunch with all your friends from the bus. Along with great wine tasting. Time for a few gift items if you wanted, no pressure. Then it was off to San Gimignano, a quaint little village area in the hills, spectacular views and great picture taking, the best gelato ever. Here we were able to do our own thing. Then off to Pisa, picture taking and time to climb the tower. A surprise awaited at the end... Then it was back on the bus to Florence. The trip was one of the best I have ever been on. All well time managed, the bus was very comfortable, the people we met were great and all were friendly. The bus ride into the hills is worth it all, the hills of Tuscany speak for themselves. You can't go wrong with this tour. It is a full day of pure beauty!
