It was fantastic. Would do it again! Out guide, Leo, was super.
Highly recommend this tour, the scenic ride was spectacular, the bikes are easy to ride and the food was sensational.
A day in a lifetime but keeps your dreams of Tuscany alove for a life time.
Our Vespa tour was the BEST day of our entire trip!!! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone! The entire trip itinerary, guides, equipment, etc. was extraordinary and it's an awesome way to see the countryside!
We had our 14 yr daughter with us and we all had a blast!!! She rode with me and my husband drove a single. A must to see the beautiful Tuscany and Chianti side of Italy. We truly enjoyed the experience and the mini stops in between. Highly recommend! Dinner was wonderful as well.
This is a must do tour!!! So much fun riding through the countyside!! We stopped at a local winery and given a tour of the place. It is so beautiful! Our next stop was in the small town of Greve! Loved it!! Only wish we could have stayed longer to shop. When we got back to base, we were served a beautiful Italian lunch with the local wine!!
This tour makes you feel that you really are in Toscana! It was fantastic!
The food in the end wasn't very good, but everything else was perfect!
This was a great little 4.5 hour run through the Tuscan hills, tour of a winery and a nice lunch back at FlorenceTown site outside Florence. Giacomo, our guide, was engaging, thoughtful and fun. And, as a motorcycle owner, I was amazed at how well the little Vespas did in the hills. Very fun.
What a great way to explore the Chianti Wine region! This tour surpassed all of our expectations, it was fun, adventurous, relaxing, and mesmerizing all at once. The halfway point where you stop in Greve felt so special, and the like lunch/wine tasting at the end was the cherry on top with delicious, fresh food and good wines.
One of our favorite activities during our trip to Italy. Great guide, great sites and smells as you ride through the Tuscan countryside. Do this!
Fantastic tour! We were fortunate to have perfect weather. Am planning on coming back to Florence in a few years and will probably repeat a vespa tour.
Tour was well worth the euros! Guilds were friendly and very knowledgeable about the region and the wine produced in the area, Tour included a very nice visit to a winery as well as a traditional Tuscan lunch with two local wines after the tour, the Vespa's were in great condition and fun to drive
Absolutely awesome tour we had a group of 10 . 9 motorbikes just fantastic
Excellent riding on the Vespasian thru the Tuscany Valley's and then the wine tour was wonderful
This was my favorite part of our trip to Florence, wonderful way to spend a day.
This was one of the highlights of our tour of Italy! Andrea and Andrea were our guides and made the day perfect! You could clearly feel the love and enthusiasm that had to share for their country and this area. To experience the hills of Tuscany in this way was unique and adventurous yet filled with so much information. The winery tour and trip to the castle added to the beauty. The lunch we were served was simple yet gourmet and highlighted the best the area had to offer. It was a perfect day!
I was very glad we chose a Vespa tour that transported us by minibus into the country. It would be too dangerous to ride out of Florence as a novice rider. I managed to crash twice on the training run so I asked to ride on the back of one of our guides. The problem I had with the scooter was that when you stop throttling it will not automatically reduce to an idle. You need to forcefully throttle back to reduce the power to an idle. I didn't get enough time to master this before things went wrong. I think they should mention it in training. I've never had this problem on mini, quad and motorbikes before. Things didn't go so well for another couple either. We had a great time regardless of most of us not being very experienced. Loved the countryside, the 2 wineries and town we visited and our dinner. The Italian drivers are crazy and it was scary to watch cars taking a lot of risks to pass our group. We would have appreciated being offered more wine to either buy or try. It would have been nice if the guides organised a group photo of us. Our guides/sommeliers were wonderful. We really enjoyed our afternoon in Chianti country.
This tour was awesome! If you have no experience be very careful as the "training" portion before the tour is all of 10 seconds. I personally had riden motorcycles and atvs before(bf had not) and still felt a little hesitant at first, mostly because my boyfriend was my passenger and I weigh 118lbs.
