Transport was so good; the driver was so friendly and helpful. And as for the place, WOW!!! Definitely a must. I would not recommend doing the ultimate, though, because lunch with an astronaut takes a lot of time, and you end up missing the Imax films and some other sights. Up close tour is cool though!!!

Was a great day but very long. We got picked up at 645am and returned at 7pm. Was good how you got about an hour at the astronaut hall of fame, was the right amount of time to spend there. Be wary of running out of time to do everything - make sure you look at the info and decide what you really want to do.

The tour was very enjoyable. The time flew by. As others have said though could have used more time at the museum. We didn't have time to see everything there.

There should have been a launch on this day, but due to mechanical problems this did not happen. We still had a wonderful time. We learned so much about the space program. This trip is well worth doing.

The trip was excellent. We were picked up in good time and the driver was great. We had a one hour stop at the Astronaut Hall of Fame could have spent much longer there and then over to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center. We did an Ultimate Tour so had deadlines for a lunch with an astronaut and the Close Up Tour. That meant that our time for other attractions was limited. We made sure we did the Shuttle Launch Experience and Imax Magnificent Desolation and wouldn't have wanted to have missed either. The lunch was very good, and the astronaut was a great speaker. We enjoyed the Up Close tour, but with no extra time available we couldn't do the tour of the Space Station Center, and couldn't spend too long in the Saturn V Center, as we had a deadline for the bus trip back to Orlando. We did manage to do some shopping though! So before booking the Ultimate Tour, work out how much spare time you think you'll need for what you want to do at the Visitor Center. The tour worked well for us, but there were a few things we couldn't do because of time constraints. Overall we had a great day, and would have loved to have gone back the next day too!

Great day! The pickup was about 15 minutes late, but we got extra time at the end of the day to make up for it, so no problem. Got to go on an airboat ride that was completely unexpected on the way there, so we saw some gators and herons, pretty cool. The guide gave us a whole bunch of tips for how to see the most and avoid the crowds as much as possible, also really good. Small bus, 23 people, so no problems with getting left behind if you were 5 minutes late at the end of the day. We had a great day!

We had a great time. Our driver was nice and informative during the trip. KSC was awesome. Definitely see the IMAX film narrated by Tom Hanks and get your picture taken with an astronaut!

A fantastic day out. This tour is a must for every family visiting Orlando. It is great to have been able to pre-book our trip with Viator prior to our arrival in Orlando. The service was great, we were on a good sized vehicle, and we had a professional driver guide.

We were somewhat disappointed in this trip because we were originally scheduled to have lunch with the astronauts. However, at the start of the trip, we found out there was a mix-up and that we would not be dining with them. The guide did try to make up for the problem, and we did enjoy what he arranged for us.
