It was great to get to go to Key West after all I've heard about it. It was a busy place. We had trouble locating Ernest Hemingway's home and the lighthouse. The bridges were a highlight.

I really enjoyed the drive to Key West, the friendliness and the informative attitude of the guide and the food. Key West is so lively and the highlights are my bicycle riding on the island, the 2 big statues and shops apart from the above mentioned food in a Chinese restaurant.

Would have appreciated a more honest pick up time. Was told to be at pick up point for 7:10. Collected at 8:15. Left my hotel at 6:30 to accommodate.

The driver was informative and courteous. He was on time for the hotel pick-up - even a little early.

I am glad I went. But, it was a very long bus ride and it would have been better if the guide had given more information about the different islands on the way to Key West. I also wish I had more time there, 4 hours wasn't enough. But, it did make me want to go back later.

The trip itself was quite good. Unfortunately, the tour guide did not have a particularly good grasp of the English language and did not know how to operate the PA system effectively. Consequently, some of what he was saying was either not heard or not understood fully. His knowledge of the area also left a lot to be desired. Of particular concern was his driving - he had no problem driving, talking, or operating the telephone and drinking coffee all at the same time. He was also seen completing paperwork whilst driving. Would I recommend the tour? Yes I would, but not with that driver/guide.

The tour driver was nothing more than a bus driver. I was very disappointed in the tour. We did not get to see any of the attractions specified in the brochure. The driver said to be back on the bus 415pm to 5pm. Everyone was back by 5pm. We left Key West and were told that we would have to spend 45 minutes at Burger King. There were a lot of upset people on the bus. The driver said that we didn't leave at 5, which we did. He said everyone was suppose to be back at 415pm, which he didn't say. I was very disappointed with the tour. I was looking forward the attractions. I had fun while I was in Key West. I recommend the Jet Ski Tour around the island. Awesome!
