The trip there was not bad but they said I might have to wait up to 30 minutes and I definitely did wait 30 minutes. I think they could have coordinated it better so people do not have to wait so long.
For some reason return trip was about $10 cheaper for the same trip?
Drivers were courteous and friendly.
Our driver was obviously new and unfamiliar with the areas as it took over an hour and a half to get to our south beach hotel. Other passengers had to direct him to their hotel as he was circling the same area for about a half an hour. Two people that should have been dropped off first were dropped off last.
Cost too much
I have already written this and sent it in once. The trip from the airport was terrible. The driver was arguing with another passenger about the price of his fair. He was checking numbers on his phone while he was on the freeway. I have a picture of this on my cell phone. I was placed on a shuttle where everyone else but me was going to Miami (I was in Miami Beach), so it was a very long ride.
When i arrived to the aeroport the personal made waiting like 20 minuts so it was discasting and get to me be mad and angry for this reason i did pay my service and they were nothing pleasures they just they says to me waitng there we will tell you when and when someone pay this service is because when i arrived want the service inmediatly not waitnign for one car or people. Needs some supervisor check the quality of the service and the principal atention is the customer they are just chating and accounting the money and chating for the radio it was int he Lauderdale Airoport was the man black in the station on the streeth. they don have priority when somene arrive firsth thet put the people for other interesting. thanks
