We were picked up in Lincoln town car , much nicer than a van. The ride went smoothly; the driver was knowledgeable and kind. He even called us to confirm pick up before arrival and warned us of traffic delays.

Driver was very professional and my wait time was 15 mins. I would definately use your service again when I return to the Lauderdale area in a few months!

As per your voucher instructions, I phoned for a pick-up to Ft. Lauderdale airport 24 hrs in advance. I established a pick-up time of 11:15 and got a confirmation number. At 7:00 am a driver was at my hotel. I had to then re-call the Go office to clear up this manner. It was annoying and unnecesary. So, no, I can't say that my experience was completely positive and I really don't know if I would trust Viator in future.

The ride to the airport was perfect. No problems, with a very polite shuttle driver. The ride from the airport to Miami was awful. I was placed on a shuttle where everyone was going to Miami, and I was going to Miami Beach. The driver was very aggressive, and scared everybody with his frequent lane changes, and abrupt turns. At one point, he got into an argument with another passenger about the fees that were paid (the passenger was in the right), and was looking up numbers to call, and using his cell phone on the freeway. I took a picture of this with my phone in case we got into an accident. It was the worst shuttle experience I have had the misfortune to take.
