Found out afterwards that price was way too high. Not likely to use Viator again at Ft Lauderdale.

They forgot I had booked the van ride! After a long phone conversation with Viator, I was assured another driver was being sent, and 45 minutes he showed up. The driver was great, but being forgotten is bad!

Shuttle took an hour and a half to pick us up from the port. Should not have taken over a half hour.

The Viator service was awful! I was kept waiting at the port for almost 1 hour before the driver showed up. I had to phone 3 times before he came.
