Definitely a great day trip from Paris. The tour guide was informative and helpful, and the castles were spectacular. Only problem was we had to leave the last castle just before "the hounds were fed" - supposed to be a highlight. But only a minor quibble!

It was simply amazing and made me realize all the more why I love France! The guides were so great, informational and energized that I ended up also booking two subsequent tours to Giverney and Versailles and Bruges, also unbelievable!

This tour was excellent. The castles were wonderful and the guide was most informative. Lunch in a small country village was very good. Highly recommended.

Amazing, no words to describe the beauty of the castles. Worth every single penny of the price, a MUST do experience, Europe's top 5 places in my opinion.

I wish the lunch would have been scheduled not at Cheverny. This is the most beautiful castle and did not have time to see it properly due to scheduled lunch and the fact that the admission ticket does not allow for re-entrance. Other than that detail it was a wonderful experience. The guides are excellent.

The castles are gorgeous, but I think that our tour guide could have been more personable and communicative.

I liked this trip. Fortunately the weather was good, as it was rainy before and after. The guides were perfect and I have fulfilled my dream to see these castles now.

The tour was nice and the castles are very pretty. The lunch stop at the 2nd castle Chenoncheau was odd in that if you purchased the lunch option you went into the nearby quaint town and left the castle grounds. That left little time to explore Chenoncheau after the escorted tour. It's your choice if that is a big deal or not.

Well worth the trip! The tour guides were great and I am certainly glad I did it.

This was a big bus tour with 27 people and 4 guides. It was a little complicated at times.

It was great. I would have liked to have been able to spend more time at each but it would have meant missing one.

The tour of the castles is enjoyable and interesting. This tour in on a large bus jam packed with at least 50 visitors, many of them sneezing and coughing. My first tour of the castles was in a small minivan with around eight total visitors, and that was much more enjoyable for us. I inadvertently selected this large bus tour thinking it was the minivan. Nonetheless, it is enjoyable. But if you prefer individual attention, go with the minivan!

Certainly tiring, but SO worth it.

The scenery was beautiful, and the bus trip was pretty good, but the tour guide was very fast and there were too many people in the English tour. The guide didn't give us enough free time, and often we weren't able to hear her. In a tour like this, I think the guide makes the difference whether it is good or bad.
