We arrived during the art festival. Our tour guide was very animated and knowledgeable. You could tell he enjoyed talking about his city. Additionally, he dropped the group off near the site of the fireworks. I would highly recommend this tour as it really helped orient us to the history and layout of Frankfurt. We were most impressed with this city. :-)

I can't provide a review of the actual tour - my inbound flight was re-routed and I got into Frankfurt well after my tour was supposed to start - but high marks to Viatour customer service, who contacted the tour operator directly to verify space on the tour and arranged a shuttle from the airport.

The tour was nice but we were only given 30 minutes to see the best part of the 2 hours! The guide was very knowledgable but he tried to be funny and it wasn't working so well.

The tour is in general good but the loudspeaker on the bus broke down at times. You can join the tour if you have limited time at Frankfurt once.

We had been in Frankfurt only for a night.The tour was quite interesting and we had the possibility to go around the most important sights of the city by car.The problem was our guide.I can say that this man was not only rude and offensive but also paranoid.He accused us of having booked the evening tour.He told us that this tour at this time of the day it was a bad idea and when we tried to say to him that we couldn't know that and that this tour was given as an option by his travel agency,he started yelling.To conclude,this tour could be nice,interesting and amusing if we hadn't got the mishap to have this particular guide with us.I feel that viator should choose more carefully its partners around the world.

Bad tour, you can learn better by walking around your self, stuff is not the greatest and the tour is no where close to 2 hours long as they say online. Skip it

Was very disappointed with this tour for the price. The audio part was ahead of the tour itself. It would tell us to look to the right and see the museum and we wouldn't be there for a couple of blocks. The bus also did not allow us to see the the tops of the buildings when we would get there. Very disappointed!!

It was okay, got off for 3/4 hour to do our own thing of the 2 hour City Tour which I didn't find acceptable.

We were the only ones at our time. Think the guide would rather have had a drink then sho us anything. The headphone guide did not match the sites or if they did we did not know what we were supposed to be seeing
