Via the former metropolis of Augsburg, you'll reach Munich, where your tour ends at approximately 6:00pm.
Overall it was very good. The first bus driver was good to explain everything as we went along. The 2nd bus driver was a drip. He never said anything and was not very clear about break times. Except for that it was a nice trip. Of course our weather was perfect so that made a big difference because you do spend a lot of time outside.

The tour started with a booking at the Inter City hotel in Frankfurt. We had two rooms the size of a closet, wasn't very clean and no air conditioning that cooled either room. In the middle of the night, the entire hotel was evacuated for a guest found smoking in a non smoking room. We were on the street in front of the train station for over an hour in our night clothes. The trip to Heidelburg was a good trip , and the first leg to Rothenburg was fairly enjoyable. However, after our overnight in Rothenburg, the bus had no air conditioning and we all nearly melted. It was over 95 degrees outside- the driver should had a functioning bus. We were all miserable. He was late for each stop which prevented us from seeing the sights outlined for stops with adequate time. He then issued wrong directions which further upset the little time we had to see Augsburg and some of the other stops.
Not the quality tour I would have expected from viator. Very disappointed.
