The guide was confused by the voucher I printed out. I was not allowed to go on the countryside part of the tour.

There is a lot to see in Geneva City, alone! While we passed a lot of places, I would have liked to stop and get off of the bus at more than a few of them. The tour was a great way to see where the sights were and pick the ones I wanted to go back to and spend more time at.

I had to take a three-hour train from Geneva from Zurich for this tour, so my expectations were high. It was raining, but that didn't matter. The tour was excellent, including the guide and the city train.

The best bit of the city tour was the little train ride in the Old Town. The tour was a little disappointing as there was not a lot of narration regarding the history of the city. Also, the tour operator needs to have separate tours in different languages: It was overwhelming to hear three languages, spoken very fast, one behind the other.
The boat tour was well done! The company could work on the drinks and give alcoholic beverages. The choices were orange juice, water, and a sparkling nonalcoholic wine. The boat tour itself is very cheap, and for the price we paid, we should have gotten alcoholic drinks.
The countryside tour was better than the city tour because only English was spoken. But the tour was a little long, as you see mostly the same things in each town. All in all, I would do all three again, but there are some improvements to be made.
What a great way to see as much as possible of Geneva and its surroundings, especially if you don't have a lot of time in the city. The only thing that frustrated me is that we didn't get any breaks at all from 1:30 p.m. until almost 6 p.m. when the tour finished. It was full on the whole time. So my advice is to have a good lunch before you go and take some snacks with you!

I enjoyed the tour through the countryside much more than the city tour or the boat ride on the lake.

The entire bus tour was totally boring, and our tour guide was informative but made us all very sleepy. The only thing I liked about the trip was the boat trip, but the rest is not so much. If you're going to Geneva, I highly recommend the Chamonix Mont-Blanc trip, which can also be booked through Viator.

I enjoyed the trip, but could not understand what our guide was saying as her English was very poor. I took lots of pictures and looked up the places we saw on the internet.

City tour was OK but they should give their client few minutes out of the bus to enjoy the place like picture taking. Boat cruise was excellent. Countryside was not as nice as we were expecting.
