This was the second trip we took with this tour operator on our European trip, and we found it to be wonderful, like the first. The guide was very friendly and well informed and spoke 4 languages. Everything was well organized and gave us a true flavor of Europe. The scenery was outstanding and the fondue making the best! We would use Viator for our next trip!

Extremely comprehensive tour of the area around Lake Geneva. I took the tour in October and the colors of the trees were fantastic! We did more on the tour than I had anticipated. Make sure when you visit Gruyeres to go straight to the castle to maximize your time in this majestic piece of history. Well worth the price!

A good excursion. The guide was very professional and friendly and took care of us very well. Every thing on this excursion went well and a good tour for seeing a glimpse of Switzerland for anyone on a short trip to Geneva.

The trip was more than I expected. The guide was fantastic, and informed us about many non-touristic things such as Swiss democracy. The visit to the chocolate factory was great for chocoholics, with a lot of chocolates to taste. After the chocolate factory, we went to an authentic cheese farm and got a chance to prepare and eat lots of cheese fondue. We then went to the charming town of Gruyeres and had time for a nice walk around the castle. We ended with the panoramic train ride to the hills of Montreaux, followed by a drink, before going back to Geneva. The only disappointment was that I thought we were going to taste wine at a vineyard and get a chance to buy some wine, but instead we just went to a bar. Overall, a great tour with a lot of variety of activities. I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva!

It was a very long tour with tons of driving and not very much time to do your own thing while at the different stops. In addition, there were way too many people on the tour and had to constantly wait for them to get back to the bus in order to leave for the next stop.
