Due to an unfortunate last minute staff shortage, the actual tour we were booked for wasn?t available, so a trolley tour was substituted. Whilst the tour in itself was a pleasant enough way to explore Savannah?s historic and attractive heart, the real bonus was that whilst the trolley offered standard hop-on, hop-off features, participants were also invited to call on the tour operator as a personal free taxi service and not be compelled to wait for the trolley to come around on its scheduled round, when one was stopping off at various attractions. The operator deserves a pat on the back for being so flexible. Highly recommended as a result.

It was a lovely city with so much history. The driver was a delight and he was knowledgeable as well.

It was canceled, apparently because our party of 3 were the only customers. The tour company did give us another tour, a worthless harbor cruise.
