WOW! We went back again the next day. We wanted to buy 4 of the 'Black America' CNN T-shirts. No luck. Now when we watch CNN on TV we smile and say, been there and I know that. It was a wonderful experience.

It took only a few seconds to exchange my pre-paid internet voucher for a ticket for the CNN tour. The tour was exciting, and the people of Atlanta were absolutely fantastic. They treated me like family.

CNN was a great experience. However, I went on the worst day of the year. GAU and VA Tech had their football game and city streets were blocked off and we got lost more than once. Once we arrived into the CNN building, it was packed with football fans. It was the first time I ever saw a mens room line longer than the ladies. We had to wait over an hour and a half for the tour. By that time we were ready for a cold beer and lunch.

The video part at the end was boring. Our tour guide was overly scripted. The group size was too large. The ticket agent didn't know what to do with my Viator reservation printout. I had to wait until her supervisor showed up.
