It was wonderful tour. The tour guide spoke German and English and was very informative.

The guide was definitely the best part of this tour. Without such a knowledgeable guide we would have missed out on the majority of the rich history of these sites. If Viator could only have canceled the rainstorm this tour would have been perfect.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, completely fluent in both English and German, and was very personable. The Potsdam tour was a big step above the usual guided tour.

What a great tour - the guide was well informed and knew the area. Well worth the money for the tour. Be sure to take this tour if you have the chance.

It was a very good tour with a very informative tour guide. As I found with other Viator tours, pickup points are not clear. We were told we would be picked up at Alexanderplatz at 1.15pm, but there was no bus at the pickup point.

Potsdam was beautiful and very interesting to see. The tour was in English and German and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. We were on the bus for most of Potsdam so I wasn't able to take as many pictures as I would like but Sans Soucci palace walking tour was great!

Good guide in Potsdam. Tour included old GDR and Russian forces use of Potsdam as well as the Sanssouci Palace. Palace visit small group well organised and highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the commentary on the bus and the guide at Sanssouci. We thoroughly enjoyed Sanssouci.

The pick up for the tour bus was opposite to Memorial Church, but not in Kurfuerstendamm, the right street is Tauentzienstrasse, which is quite near. However, the tour was very nice, I warmly recommend it.

We had to see a lot of things in a short time. No time to walk in Sanssouci gardens, but ok, it was not in schedule. The Palace itself wasn't so impressive but it is a good experience. It is too hard to find the meeting point 'opposite Park Inn Hotel' because every place around Alexander Platz is opposite!

Another woman and I were lost at the Palace and missed half of the tour. We had asked the guide if we had time to purchase something in the souvenir shop and was told it was okay. When we came out 4 minutes later the guide and group were gone. We looked around hysterically for 15 minutes and were talking to some guards about a way to get back to town when the tour guide and group came over a hill. We weren't lost anymore but had missed half of the tour running around trying to find the tour or the bus. If she wasn't going to wait for us we should have been told of this.

The company should consider the weather and make some substitutions when it rains.

Horrible. The tour guide spoke hardly any English. We were rushed through the entire city with no explanation during the tour. The palace would have been alright if it had been explained better and if we had another hour to properly tour the gardens. One couple we were with got left behind with their small child.
