Absolutely loved it

We had a great tour guide who was very informative.

This was my third trip to Innsbruck. The time spent at both Innsbruck and Swarovski with Viator was well worth the visit. The guide provided good information and maps before we got to each stop, answered all our questions, and was extremely gracious.

This was such a good trip. The weather wasn't all that great, but the tour guide we had and the locations we visited were great. The tour guide was extremely well prepared, helpful, gave lots of information about the area, and gave us a map of Innsbruck. He was there when we needed to ask questions and let us roam when we wanted too. This was the best of the four tours I have booked through Viator.

The Swarovski World of Crystal is a tourist trap and a rip-off. It costs an additional 7.50 euros for the 'museum' which leads to a gift shop. Personally, I could have done without Swarovski World of Crytstal. Innsbruck was definitely worth doing. It has charming but small old town. The guide directed me to the tourist office in Innsbruck. The tourist office was most helpful and suggested, I take the new Nordpark railway up the mountain, which I did. As I had packed my lunch, I had time to walk around the old town and go up the mountain. There are an abundant amount of restaurants in Innsbruck, if you need a place to eat. It is a lovely town. In Innsbruck a trip to the tourist office is essential, if you are interested in more than just shopping and eating at a restaurant.

The tour was great. The only thing Viator needs to put on our vouchers is where we were going. Ours only had a picture, and some of the tour guides were very confused by this.

Would like to visit the Innsbruck area again. Treated to the first snow of the season on the mountain tops.

It was OK, but could have been better

Museum was small, but the crystals were neat to see. It is really all about getting you to shop, which you have to expect if you sign up. Innsbruck is a cute town and great for a half-day trip. You could also easily do this trip on your own and at your own pace. The trip seemed a tad short for me in Innsbruck, and the bus ride was long.

We spent half the time at the crystal museum as we did in Innsbruck City, and it should have been the other way around. The museum and its surroundings were beautiful and scenic, while there was nothing to do in the city other than eat or drink. Our guide wasn't particularly friendly either.

I didn't realize that a tour around the actual factory was not included, but the trip to Innsbruck was very good.
