We liked the trip very much, the sights are beautiful and very cold which I enjoyed.

This trip rocks hard! Especially Glencoe Highlands.

The trip was wonderful. Our guide and driver was a very safe driver even on flooded roads, and he told us about Scottish history. The small group was great; we all chatted about life, Scotland, and travels. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and would do it again!

We happened to come up against unexpected events road blocks and flooding so we didn't get to the destination but our driver was awesome and took us to some really beautiful places. The poor guy worked a few hours more than he had to. We saw some absolutely beautiful scenery!

Great tour, personable driver guide, beautiful countryside and the craziest weather imaginable. The tour deserves 4 stars, but we were not given very good directions on where to meet the bus. We had to call the office to find out why the driver was late. Not only was he late, we were standing on the wrong corner. In Scotland that equals standing in a cold windy rain. Be sure to get explicit directions when you call to confirm your tour.

The places are awesome. Great views of the Scottish landscapes. But it's a very long ride. Many hours in the vehicle. In the end, it's tiring.
The real issue for me was the guide. He was a good driver, but I can tell he wasn't a certified tourist guide. He didn't speak much, and when he did, he had a very strong Scottish accent, and the audio system of the van was really bad, so I missed most of the explanations. Besides, he made us stop for coffee in the middle of nowhere, and we spent a half hour there and then had no time to stop for pictures in Glencoe.
We never stopped at Urquhart Castle. The options were taking a cruise on the loch or wandering around Fort Augustus on our own for an hour and a half. We never stopped in Inverness. We made a half hour stop for lunch somewhere. Also, we never stopped in Pitlorchy.
The places were great, and the van was really comfortable. But the general impression is that the guide was just a good driver. He didn't observe the stipulated stops. He made us stop at commercial places where we could buy a souvenir, coffee or water, but he wasn't able to stop for pictures at beautiful places because we had to get back to Glasgow before 7.30. I'm not really happy about that, but I would still recommend the drive.
The logistics of the trip were great, but our tour guide could have been better. He needed to work on his presentation and people skills. Loch Ness and the Highlands were beautiful, but we didn't have much time at any of the spots - it was more of a get off the bus, take a picture, and get back on. I think that we spent at least 80 percent of the trip on the bus.

The main reason for my rating is that I felt that the trip was very long with too much time spent on the bus. It was enjoyable however it I found it to be very tiring.
